  Draxko service center manger and Semaj senior technician were absolutely amazing! The work they did was great! I had a fuel system service to get done but their machine couldn’t work so they gave a full refund and a coupon for next time! They were so friendly and explained everything that was happening in perfect detail. 10/10 would recommend this place! I’m only gonna go here for future oil changes!

  No customer service at all! If you choose this place- make sure and double check everything. Very unhappy- workers seemed like they don’t know what they doing. Came last month for an oil change and today no oil- had to go in- had them check for the leak and they said it was the oil filter loose. So if the oil filter is loose the only ones that had access to the oil filter were them last month. All what was needed was a bit of accountability for leaving the oil filter loose and a no question asked top of oil but instead I had to pay again.

  My experience at the 44th and Eastern Valvoline location was phenomenal. I was in and out in no time and prices for the services were affordable. I was serviced by Draco, Gregory and Jackson. Gregory helped me with anything that I was unfamiliar with and Draco explained every step to me in detail the prices and everything he was gonna check. He just went through the whole process with me and did not leave me in the dark about what he was doing, and gave me the option to replace any parts that needed replacing he didn’t push any services off on me he just informed me what needed to be done. Jackson completed the service from underneath the car so I didn’t get to see him, but I wanna give a great big thanks to those three guys at Valvoline they are phenomenal. Thank you.

  Never got his name but the GM of this location is by far, thee most phenomenal worker I've delt with. Knowledge, customer service and overall demeanor was outstanding. I actually was trying to hire him to work for me until I realized he was the GM. Very passionate about not only customer and vehicle care, but also his staff, thier knowledge and thier training! 25 out of 10 this time. Keep that guy there because he knows what he's doing, on all aspects.

  I always love my experience at this Valvoline. I’m always treated With a lot of respect, and if I have any questions or concerns they’re always answered without making me feel like I should already know. I actively choose to go to this location when I need an oil change to my vehicle because my experience is always great, I’m in and out pretty fast, and every employee I’ve had an interaction with has always been friendly and I was a smile on their face!
