- MRmonica redmondSep 23, 20261.0I went into the location this morning on 28th street in Grand Rapids Michigan. I wanted the classic oil change, I was told they didn’t have my oil and I would have to go buy my oil and come back and still pay the full price for the service. Then the worker said that I had to get the premium because they have my Oil in that teir. They didn’t check any of the things in the premium package, didnt check my filter, or anything, and they didn’t even give me a sticker for my mileage to get it changed next. Is this normal for your company? It seems like a scam. If I’m paying 105$ for a service I expect it to be done throughly. The guy didnt even put down the correct mileage I had, and I had to make sure he wrote it down. Very careless, will not be going back ever again, and making sure to tell everyone to stay away from this place! It’s a scam! The worker also just wrote my info stuff down on a scrap piece of paper, no form was filled out or anything.
