This is a lie that the company posts on Google and their website. So the poor fellas thar work there had to send me away. Which cost me a second tow.... Never ever use the Monroe auto service towing service. Just to be clear problem is with the company not the men and women who work there.

We got an immediate appointment and the tires were installed in a blink. We have been through the wringer at competitors, brow-beating us into unneeded services. Monro was fast and honest, no discussion of insane plans. New Goodyears all the way around!
