Between two members of my family who called on the same vehicle, they told two different stories on why they charged us a fee, which we communicated we did NOT want ANY work done whatsoever unless we explicitly agreed. After not agreeing to not proceed with any work on the vehicle, they wouldn’t look or speak with me when I picked up the vehicle. Avoid at all costs.

This is a lie that the company posts on Google and their website. So the poor fellas thar work there had to send me away. Which cost me a second tow.... Never ever use the Monroe auto service towing service. Just to be clear problem is with the company not the men and women who work there.
