My sister came in for service, and they tried to lie to her about needing her brakes changed immediately to pressure her into an expensive service. Shockingly, they didn't even lift the car or take the wheels off to actually inspect them. Thankfully, she got a second opinion at Midas, where they confirmed her brakes have plenty of life left and that Jiffy Lube completely fabricated the issue. It is incredibly disappointing to see a shop take advantage of drivers and try to scam people into unnecessary repairs. Take your business elsewhere if you want honesty.
