  I pulled in to the parking lot probably looking confused and Micah ran out and greeted me immediately and showed me where to go. After that everything happened very fast, knew what kind of oil I needed, offered an engine flush, filled my coolant, checked my cabin air filter and good lord did it need to be changed, so they did. They were upfront about the price every step of the way, they were polite but personable. Since I had the engine flush I was there for a while and in the time I was there I think 3 other cars came through for a routine oil change. Anyways the 3 gentlemen Micah, Konya, and Justus did an awesome job and I’m very thankful for the service they provided and will be back.

  While unbolting the lock pin, they took video of what appeared to be a suspected oil leak, and refused me service. Stating I needed to take my car to an actual garage for an inspection. Never had this happen before at a quick lube place - and was pleased with their honesty. While my car needed an oil change. Appreciated their straightforward approach with the video evidence. Refusing service because of liability. So getting it checked out at our mechanic.

  The one star is only selected because we are forced to if it’s up to me company gets a big fat zero and need to be under investigation for running scams. YES BY PURPOSEFULLY MESSING UP PPLS VEHICLES SO THEY CAN OFFER OYT OF SERVICE WORK AFTER HOURS OR ON WEEKENDS. I know for sure they messed up one of my vehicles so now everything gets investigated. They went so far as to rebuy the part but when they realized it was way more damage and they blew my engine now no one wants to take responsibility after it was already proven…. It was a good shop about 8 months ago when Kameron was working there but ever since he left they have went down hill. If you don’t believe me look on the BBB and at all my pictures… They also tried to hide who did the work but I found out who it was after having to come back and forth for to weeks because they kept pretending like they were trying to fix the problem to avoid being sued….

  Apparently after giving my car details to the mechanic on the phone they need me to bring my car in to " see if they have the right tools to change my oil" , but wont guarantee they can change the oil??... So just waste my time going there on a 50/50 that Jiffy Lube can even change the oil. Do ya have the tools or no?? WOW I need guarantees can you do the job or not?? Lol DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!! 2019 Mercedes A220 (owner)
