I'd give no stars if I could. Or even negative stars. They sold me a car with the wrong size battery in it causing major issues and me having to replace a battery that shouldn't even have been in that car. Utter ignore, malfeasance or both. Either way, you can do waaaay better than enterprise. And they also so over charge for their cars. I thought I would give them a chance since I needed a car asap and I thought, thought being the key word here, that it would be a decent choice since I thought they would have to do maintenance regularly. Umm... then their maintenance crew is either ignorant or willing to cut corners. Never again! I put them in the same category as drive time and car city et. al.🤬
This was my first time buying a car basically brand new and I had such a great experience buying my car, especially thanks to Ryan. As a woman buying a car, the process can sometimes feel stressful or intimidating, but Ryan made the entire experience comfortable and pressure-free. I felt genuinely respected, listened to, and taken care of throughout the whole experience.
This was the first time I’ve ever left a dealership feeling like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders instead of feeling overwhelmed or pressured. Ryan was patient, honest, and made sure I felt confident in my decision. I truly appreciate how he treated me and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a car. Thank you, Ryan, for making what can be a stressful experience such a positive one!

I had a great experience at Enterprise Car Sales! Zariah and his manager went above and beyond to help me get into my new vehicle. They were patient, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate everything they did for me. If you’re looking for a vehicle, I definitely recommend going to see them!
We loved working with James as he answered all of our questions and was pleseant to work with. No pressure, just results.

As with all my reviews, I'll say the good and the bad. First I want to thank Enterprise for helping me get a vehicle for the 3rd time. My case was an unusual one in that my credit was bad, I had a car to trade in that still had a lein (thank you for giving me more than my car was worth). Here's where my story takes a turn. I get approved through capital one I leave the lot with car. Then I get a call from capital one maybe a week later saying because my ex wife who im separated from is behind on the car payments I was a cosigner on they will withdraw my loan if I don't bring it current. I call enterprise and the rep says use the 2k you were going to give us, I said to him will you be ok with a payment plan then he replied I wouldn't worry about that right now. I say ok as my 2k down payment I originally gave EP was pending and went back to my bank. So I bring my exes car current. Then a week or so later the amount of 2k is withdrawn from my bank with no warning. I reach out to EP saying what gives? I speak with Anthony DiLeo who says to forward him pics of the bank withdrawal which happened weeks later than it showed on his end. I did that as he told me he would send it up the corporate chain to see about at least getting my overdraft charge amount back. This was July 19 it is almost a month later now Aug 12. Did I get a car yes, was service ok...sure, could it have been better yes. If I get my overdraft amt back ill move this review to a 3, until then my service could have been better.
