  Arrived an hour or so twice this Saturday before closing with 2 separate tire issues. They fit me in both times with no complaints--just courteous and professional customer service. This is how a successful business operates. A business you'll return to next time you need a repair or replacement.

  Making an appointment was easy, caught that what I purchased initially was the wrong size and I got a good deal for desperately needed new tires. Highly recommend!

  I can’t say enough good things about Belle Tire. After having a nightmare experience with Walmart, where they clearly didn’t understand my new wheel and tire setup, I started calling around looking for someone who actually knew what they were doing. I called Discount Tire, but they didn’t seem very confident about what I was asking to have done. Then I called Belle Tire, a place I’ve done business with many times over the years, and it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone immediately understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish with my new Fuel Off-Road rims and Falken Wildpeak tire setup. He answered my questions, knew exactly what needed to be done, and gave me confidence that the job would be done correctly. He got me scheduled within just a couple of days. When I arrived, everything went smoothly. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and treated my truck with care. The installation was completed exactly as I wanted, and the final result looks absolutely amazing. What stood out most was the level of expertise and customer service. Unlike other places I contacted, the staff at Belle Tire knew exactly what they were doing and made the entire process stress-free. It’s refreshing to find a shop that combines great customer service with genuine knowledge and professionalism. Belle Tire has earned my business once again, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that will do the job right the first time.

  I bought 2 brand new tires from this place, a month and 3 days the tires are worn out and about to blow I go back wait 2 hours to find out I gotta buy two more new tires and I was told my receipt would be emailed it never happened so I apparently denied the free alignment check which I thought was automatic and I was never offered I have a court date tomorrow 75 miles away my tires are about to blow and I don’t get paid for 2 days … I’m calling my families lawyer this is beyond bs do not buy your tires from this location shiesty and uncouth I will never buy tires from here again cost me my chance at getting custody of my daughter thanks bell tire

  When I got a razor blade in one of my tires, the sales guy told me I NEEDED to replace all four tires due to AWD and my current tires being “halfway worn.” I thought this was strange because another sales person from that same location this past winter had sold me two tires and hadn’t seen a problem with it. I said I would check with my husband and call back. The sales guy was rude and condescending. After that whenever I called I was put on hold forever. Wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone about my car until the end of the day when we showed up wanting to get it before the weekend. The sales guys was again rude and condescending about needing to replace all 4 now. Our other tires were in fine condition, and in fact still under warranty. The guy just couldn’t take a hint we weren’t going to get the other ones today and just wanted my car back before the long weekend. We’ve had really good experiences there in the past, but this guy was beyond slimy and rude.
