  They tried to convince me I needed to replace 2 1/2 year old tires in good condition. All I needed was a quick tire repair and they wouldn’t do it. Won’t be going back

  Absolutely horrible experience. Brought my truck in to get a routine oil change. Was told it would be 1 hour. I showed back up 2 1/2 later and to my surprise it still was out in the parking lot untouched. They then proceeded to tell me it would be another hour or so. Left without any service and the person at the desk seemed to care less.

  Always had great service at this location. They do free tire patches. Also affordable brakes. Always good prices and sometimes they check for issue don't find one and don't charge for it.

  I stopped in today because I suspected I had picked up a screw or nail in one of my tires. It was slowly losing air, and since I was about to make a long drive across the state, I wanted to make sure it was safe before heading out. When I arrived, the shop was absolutely packed, and there was less than an hour before closing. I honestly didn’t expect they would be able to fit me in. The representative explained that they were extremely busy and wasn’t sure they could get to my vehicle, but instead of simply turning me away, he offered to come outside and at least inspect the tire. Within seconds, he identified a nail in the tire without even needing to put the vehicle on a lift. After taking a look, he said, “Let me squeeze you in real quick. I don’t want you driving like that.” That moment really stood out to me. This wasn’t just great customer service—it was genuine compassion and concern for a customer’s safety. Even with a full shop and the end of the workday approaching, he made the time to help because he cared. That level of professionalism and integrity is becoming harder and harder to find. I just want to recognize the technician, Alex as well as his teambfor going above and beyond. Their willingness to help ensured I could continue my trip safely, and that speaks volumes about both their character and their commitment to their customers. If you’re looking for a place that doesn’t just fix tires but truly cares about the people they serve, this is it. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be back.
