  Jeremy went above and beyond to make this remote sale. I called with questions and he responded immediately with extra detailed pictures and even sat in the truck for a few minutes to see if it was from a smoker. Hard to tell these details for across the state but Jeremy was happy to help me decide. The office transaction was quick and smooth even though I had to sit through the "extras" sales pitch that they are required to present. I would highly recommend Jeremy for your new Ford purchases and any used inventory at Serra For in Kalkaska Mi.

  I had my car towed the week before 9/1/26. It's a 2024 ford escape st line. I inquired about the ford good will offering and was just given the # to ford customer relations. I spoke to 2 reps on 2 different occasions. I should have started the claim while the car was in repairs, and was neglected to be told this by Mr. Josh the service manager who mind you went into stolen valor to me a desert storm combat veteran of the Navy. I have a disabled veteran plate on my car, wearing a combat veteran hat then to shut him up I pulled out my 100% service connected veteran identification. I was disgraced fighting for his freedom and Serra Ford Gaylord and Ford motor company. I had to ask twice for the veteran discount. Thankfully I was given a discount. Ford would not assist with the good will offering. How was I supposed to know to file the claim while sitting at the dealer. Hmmm, I wonder? Shady operation in my humble opinion whom disrespects veterans of the United States Military. If I could give -100 stars then these would be given and recieved by Serra Ford. The escape was outside the powertrain warranty of 3,000 miles and nothing was done. I suppose this is why extended service contracts are sold? The car has been well maintained according to my Carfax report. The turbo port went to hell a few weeks back (no repaired by Serra Ford and was covered). Do not waste your time or effort with Serra Ford Gaylord, Josh the service manager, or David the repair advisor if your very cautious about good business practices and proper treatment of United States Military Veterans! I will not sit here and badger them no more find out yourself and get royally screwed. Buyer beware/Ford owner beware! Dissatisfied to say the least and mean the worst.
