  Had a great experience getting our new truck. Jeff went on and beyond helping us locate the perfect truck. Sienna in the service department was also awesome she facilitated all the extra work for getting our add ons done in a timely manner. Will in the service department also did an amazing job making sure our tonneau cover was installed correctly to prevent future leaks! We for sure fully recommend serra Kalkaska for purchasing and servicing our vehicles!

  Carey was very helpful and a very nice salesman. The detail could of been better but we were happy for a quality vehicle at a good price. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them without hesitation
