  Went in on Saturday because I needed a new tire. Went home with the tire, put in on my truck and the next morning my tire was flat. Monro was closed so I went to Pep Boys and they told me that the valve stem was never replaced causing the tire to go flat. Pep boys put on a new valve stem and now works good as new. So not too happy with my service with Monro

  Went into this shop for new rear brake pads April 2026 and now in July of 2026 went to another shop who I know personally for a different reason and they told me my rear pads were only 5mm and need to be replaced soon. Obviously I was very confused when told this because they should still be like new, so Im left to believe my pads weren't changed or they put old pads on. The manager at this location was no help either in figuring anything out.

  Came in for tire alignment but it became clear when he explained that wouldn't fix my humming/vibration issue. The gentlemen took it for a test drive and figured out my tires were no good. Even was courteous enough to show me the issue. Fixed me up with new tires along with an alignment. No more vibration or humming. And it doesnt pull to the right anymore. Very satisfied. Thanks a ton!

  Fixed my car on Saturday when I had to be at a wedding in time for me to pick it up on Sunday. Didn’t overcharge me and did a great job!

  I I visited the mechanic shop thinking I had a coolant leak. Jeremy, the mechanic, inspected my vehicle for about half an hour and confirmed that I indeed had a coolant leak. He then quoted me a repair job exceeding $600. Since the part needed for the repair wasn’t immediately available, he asked me to return the next day when it would be delivered. On my way home, I decided to seek a second opinion from a nearby mechanic shop. They agreed to check my vehicle until later that evening. After a three-hour inspection and pressure check of the coolant system, they informed me that there was no evidence of a coolant leak in my vehicle. Apparently, Jeremy had lied to me when he called me the following day about my appointment. When I informed Jeremy that the nearby mechanic had found no evidence of a leak, he became extremely upset and screamed at me on the phone. He insisted that I definitely had a coolant leak and that he didn’t want to hear anything else about what another mechanic shop had said. It was outrageous that he had to resort to such behavior when interacting with a customer. I have been to this shop several times and had a good experience with Larry, the mechanic. However, Jeremy is a complete jerk and should not be in a position where he interacts with customers.
