  Stopped in for muffler check cause it sounded like a truck. Jeremy checked it along with older gentleman and said yes needed full replacement cause mufflers are all one piece now. Said he could do it but needed to order… about 20 min for part delivery. OK. My choice to wait. Part arrives 30+ min. He’s starting working on my car after he finished with another customer. In the meantime, two other customers came with tire issues which she stopped my job and worked with them after he even after he told them he couldn’t do it then. I finally told him that if anybody else came into the shop, I would tell them myself that he could not work on their jobs as He was in the middle of mine. Finally got done and I told him that I would return if any issues. Yes any issues. On my short ride home, I heard some rattling. Next morning leaving for work started rattling along with some vibration. OK, I’ll just give it some time new muffler. Everyone who rode in my car, including my son who drove it asked why is there rattling and vibrating? Now I transport my grandchildren in the back seat. Very loud for them. I returned to Monro and explain to Jeremy what was happening he looked at me like I had six heads. Put it up on the lift looked around said he didn’t see anything. I said you really have to drive it. Pull it out of the garage said he didn’t hear anything and told me to return when it’s actually happening. I said that that’s why I’m here right now. It was actually happening. Said he didn’t hear anything and to return again when it actually happens.OoooK. On the way home it’s rattling. I feel like I’m being taking advantage of. Every time I drive by the shop to stop in, I see him there. I do not want to deal with Jeremy. Not satisfied after paying over $700.

  Made an appointment with a man on the phone for noon on Sunday. Suddenly I show up at noon on Sunday and they are closed, even though online it says open. So I call to see what’s happening, get out on hold for 10 minutes, and then she comes back and tells me she doesn’t know what’s going on and she talked to her supervisor and they don’t know either. Soooooo what the hell. I’m sure these are all kind fine people but why the hell are you booking an appointment for me when your closed??!?

  Iwas having loud exhaust noises coming from my Traverse..I called Monro and they quickly diagnosed the problem.They fixed my truck quickly. Customer care service was awesome..Id highly recommend them to all my family and friends..Great job Monro!!

  Went in on Saturday because I needed a new tire. Went home with the tire, put in on my truck and the next morning my tire was flat. Monro was closed so I went to Pep Boys and they told me that the valve stem was never replaced causing the tire to go flat. Pep boys put on a new valve stem and now works good as new. So not too happy with my service with Monro
