  Got my front brakes done on my 2016 Ford Escape last year. The price was great and the service was amazing. I noticed a few weeks after getting the new brakes that they were squeaking. Did not think anything of it other than they are new and probably wearing in. When I drove back to Colorado for the summer my dad took a look and noticed that the brake pads they used were heavy duty ones meant for larger and heavier vehicles than mine (hence the squeaking). I was able to replace the pads which was very cheap and easy. Don't know if they had a mix up in the shop or what. Even with this little hiccup I would get service done from them again. Very kind staff and great price. Perfect place for auto work in Kalamazoo!

  The team is very courteous and will keep you updated with the problems they find in the car and with suggestions! For some of the things I needed checked and fixed, they called me back to state they were good and did not need fixing - this is being trustworthy and not trying to make a buck for themselves! This was really great for me! Even though I told them I was not in a hurry to pick up the car, they still fixed it and got done with it same day! I would use the company over and over again! Thank you guys!

  When I dropped my car off they said they were really busy for the rest of the week but were able to get me back on the road the same day. I have always felt I get fair and honest service at Michael’s.
