  Fantastic service. They carefully explained the recommended repairs. They noted which items were not as critical and could be delayed. That demonstrates integrity and that they are looking out for the customers best interest.

  So happy to learn about this place from a friend! I have a huge mistrust of mechanics, especially as a female from bad past experiences. I had some noises coming from my front end and wanted to get it checked out to make sure it was safe to take on the freeways this summer. They checked it out and told me what is potentially starting to go bad, but said it was nothing that needed to be done right away and would be completely fine to drive. I really, really appreciate the honesty and will definitely be spreading the word about them! Thank you!

  Got my front brakes done on my 2016 Ford Escape last year. The price was great and the service was amazing. I noticed a few weeks after getting the new brakes that they were squeaking. Did not think anything of it other than they are new and probably wearing in. When I drove back to Colorado for the summer my dad took a look and noticed that the brake pads they used were heavy duty ones meant for larger and heavier vehicles than mine (hence the squeaking). I was able to replace the pads which was very cheap and easy. Don't know if they had a mix up in the shop or what. Even with this little hiccup I would get service done from them again. Very kind staff and great price. Perfect place for auto work in Kalamazoo!
