  Simple things like maintenance oil changes take 4-6 weeks. I was on hold for over an hour with an advisor for an “emergency” service that requires an immediate fix in order to safely drive and it was still 2-4 weeks out. Since this is my work vehicle I need to have it ready to drive asap. Unfortunately when dealing with newer European vehicles like Volvo, you’re limited on options who can work on it due to the computers and calibration required. I would recommend searching elsewhere unless you absolutely HAVE to come here. The staff are all very nice and friendly. Never had issues other than scheduling.

  Drove an hour away to pick up parts that aren’t available to be picked up on Saturdays. Online says they’re available from 9 to 3 but are actually not available on Saturdays. Only what a waste of my time and money when gas is five dollars a gallon they can’t let you know what time you can pick up your parts. Do not order parts from this location.

  Just bought my 6th or 7th car from Maple Hill Nick was amazing got the new Volvo XC40 fantastic price great service as always way to go guys!!!

  I live in Portage. I've come here for service in the past and each experience has always been very frustrating. Mechanics and Sales staff are over stressed and tend to be short to the point of rudeness ("we know better, we're the experts, you're an idiot" mentality). I had to take my V50 to another company to replace the headliner after the exploratory work they did destroyed mine. I take my car to Grand Rapids (and even once to Ann Arbor) for service... such a huge hassle and headache to drive so far out of my way is all worth not having to deal with this company. They're the only Volvo dealer within a 60 minute drive so they don't have any competition forcing them to change (also means they get all the business in the area which is why they tend to be busy and stressed). I recommend taking your business elsewhere if you can or avoid buying a Volvo if you live in the area.

  Rick, Steve, and the service team at Maple Hill went out of their way to accommodate my Volvo for service recently. I brought my vehicle in for unscheduled maintenance to address a warning light. While my vehicle was in the shop the team also completed the scheduled maintenance and updated the software to ensure that I wouldn’t need to return for my scheduled maintenance appointment in the calendar for a few weeks later. Thanks Maple Hill Volvo for accommodating my vehicle, and making my trip more efficient. I appreciate your service.
