  Just like all the other 1 stars, they just called me 30 minutes before pick up to tell me they don't have a single car available. Why would you give an online page and let people reserve something that isn't even there, I asked what else was available and he said nothing...like you're a rental car place and have no cars available, told me something would be available tomorrow afternoon. So now I'm getting screwed over for place I reserved to stay at too. Thanks, you are the worst company ever when it comes to renting cars... Hope your store gets shutdown.

  We had a great experience with our rental vehicle, enterprise was easy to work with, they worked directly with my auto insurance and they came to pick up my husband so he could get the vehicle. When we returned the vehicle we worked with Aaron McNair who very Friendly and professional and made the drop off very easy for us. Thank you for a great experience.

  Worst location I've been to. Just go to the Kalamazoo airport, at least they will have your car for you. Didn't have my reservation at my arrival time of 1230pm, they didn't even have the class of vehicle I rented. After waiting an hour told me to come back at 430pm. I did, they still didn't have my vehicle, said an employee took it out and they couldn't find them. Finally got some crappy SUV with 80K miles on it at 530pm. So much for my Luxury SUV reservation. Can't rely on this location at all, ever.

  Everything was great until having to deal with the return. Enterprise rushed me out very quickly when picking up the vehicle because it was close to closing time. Only filled the vehicle up half way which ok fine, but they tried saying something when I dropped it off. Vehicle smelled like weed with spray trying to cover it up, never properly inspected the vehicle for damage from previous drivers. I hate using enterprise at this point because every booking is a problem, only reason I used them and hoped it would be better is because this is where insurance sent us.
