  They are always very polite and friendly. I get in and out quickly. Usually have a couple options to pick from.

  Kat was a rockstar. There was a car that showed up on Friday, that they had done the oil change and deep cleaning of and would be like driving a car off the car lot of a dealership and was a better model than what I had selected online. Due to this being an extended rental for work, this was a huge impact on my needs and specific circumstance. That is going above and beyond. If you are selecting a car rental place in Kzoo, I would select this one and ask for Kat!!!!!
