Kat and her team are amazing. I rent from this location at least twice a month and the cars are always ready, as reserved, and clean from corner to corner. Cannot recommend this location enough.

Had an amazing experience working with Enterprise again. From the initial rental with Cam, to the extension of the rental and changing payments with Claire and Kat, to being able to call in and have them answer any questions I had. The staff were knowledgeable, professional, and personable and made me feel welcome. Will continue to utilize Enterprise and recommend the local branches.
I reserved a car for a work trip to Detroit on April 17th from the Cork Street location. The next morning, Enterprise left me a voicemail (that I didn't yet know existed, more to come on that). Hours later I order an Uber to take me to Enterprise to get my rental car, only to be told that they left me a voicemail to tell me that they had no car for me, at all. And the other two Enterprise locations also had no cars. The manager (whose name I don't remember) said she left me a voicemail. That was it, no other attempts to contact me. No second attempt at a phone call, no email, no text, no smoke signal, nothing. So, I had to stand in the parking lot while other people received cars to wait for another Uber to take me back home to figure something else out. On my way home I look on my phone and there was indeed a voicemail on there from Enterprise, just saying give them a call back. She could have told me in that voicemail that there were no cars available that day. THAT might have saved me some money on those Ubers (if I had even known she left me a voicemail). But no, I was out about $40 for Ubers and still had no rental car for my trip.
In the end, I was able to get a rental from the Budget rental car at the airport. On my way home in my BUDGET rental car, I drove past Enterprise and there were plenty of cars in the parking lot, just an hour after they closed. So I don't know why there was no car for me a few hours earlier, but plenty of cars in the lot after I was told there were none available. But it doesn't matter now though. Because Enterprise doesn't have to worry about my business anymore. Whenever I need a rental car again I will reach out to Budget or Hertz. Even If I have to pay a little more with them. I rather pay more than deal with Enterprise again, especially the one on Cork Street.

The car was not where it was supposed to be and then we get to the other location the car is not ready even an hour later than what was supposed to be picked up and while I was there I heard several people at both locations being turned away and could not get a car and I would have been waiting for a couple days for a car call my insurance rental
