- ALann lynn1 day ago2.0No need to make appointments they don't honor them. Had a appointment for 2 and at 2:40 i still was waiting for my car to be started, finally at 3:27 pulled my car in, unexceptable. This use to be a good shop to go to, NOT ANY MORE. Yes their polite but that doesn't make up for poor service. This shop has really gone down hill. Loyal customer for over 20 years Not anymore, I'll pay more at dealership ang get better service. I'm sure Belle's customer service will answer sorry for inconvenience we'll try to do better. WRONG ANSWER FOLLOW THROUGH
