  DO NOT GO HERE Zero or negative stars would be given if possible. I'd been going here for years. Most recently, I brought my car in for a basic job. Not only did they damage my car, they lied. They promised to repair the damage and they never did. The manager promised to make it right and when I came in to assess the repaired damage, there were still scuffs, scratches and blemishes. He tried to focus on one mark and say it was fine and I was unreasonable for wanting my brand new car to be returned to me without damage. When I was asking questions, he kicked me out of the store and threatened to call the police. This was the worst experience as a patron at any place of business that I've ever experienced. The manager Chas Lofts was rude, belligerent, aggressive, and not focused on customer experience/service or making things right after damaging my car, which is personal property. He basically ran me off the property and denied any accountability. He gaslit me and blamed me rather than taking accountability for the damage. He also had bloodshot eyes and seemed like maybe he was on drugs. I had to come in multiple times to deal with this and they never apologized for wasting my time. They refused to refund my card. Additionally, while waiting in the store over several visits and multiple hours, multiple people had issues with the work they completed--I don't think this is a coincidence. Chas Lofts should be terminated and I don't think the store will improve until he's gone. Do not go to gull road. I will never go back and I cannot recommend this shop as a place of service. Please save yourself a headache and avoid this place. Go to a different Belle.

  No need to make appointments they don't honor them. Had a appointment for 2 and at 2:40 i still was waiting for my car to be started, finally at 3:27 pulled my car in, unexceptable. This use to be a good shop to go to, NOT ANY MORE. Yes their polite but that doesn't make up for poor service. This shop has really gone down hill. Loyal customer for over 20 years Not anymore, I'll pay more at dealership ang get better service. I'm sure Belle's customer service will answer sorry for inconvenience we'll try to do better. WRONG ANSWER FOLLOW THROUGH

  Awesome customer service. They were able to get us in the same day I walked in to get some new tires and even changed out my headlight that I didn't know was out. Great people.
