  **Go somewhere else** Took my car there 4 times over 3 months and was reassured that the $1000+ worth of service would resolve the squealing noise that I originally came in for but it did not. After a series of very poor interactions today with store manager Chas Lofts, I was told to bring my car to the dealership. During this visit, right from the start, Chas' demeanor was confrontational. I was understandably upset due to the previous work that have been done that did not resolve my original concern and this interaction did not help. I was initially told in this visit (my 4th visit) that it was the rear differential. After asking how that might explaining my coolant disappearing in 1 month and a squeal in the front of the vehicle they pulled the car back in. On the second round of diagnostics I was told they couldn't hear the squeal and only after I showed them a video that I took one week ago with the squealing they took it in for a third diagnostic. After a 3rd diagnostic test drive they said some of the previous brake work they performed was the issue. They offered to replace the brakes under warranty at no charge but even after that the squealing persisted. After the brakes were replaced for the second time, they doubled down and said it was the rear differential making the noise from the back. When I pointed out that would have nothing to do with the coolant they agreed and then said that I would have to go to a different shop for more assistance. Save your money and go somewhere else. For objectivity, I loved my interaction with Belle Tire on west Main years ago but the one on Gull Road is trash.

  Had a appointment to get a tire patched at 11:00 got there at 10:50 and there told they there a little behind which was 2 hours why bother having an appointment, this is the third time that I bought tires or had something done there with an appointment and had to sit there for hours. I spent thousands of dollars at the store and to do my family and you can’t take 15 minutes to put a plug in a tire will be taking our business elsewhere sincerely Mark Bissett

  We’ve been coming here for years and always received excellent service until 6months ago, I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation after an hour passed and my vehicle was still in the parking lot I asked to see the Manger who was extremely rude! I decided to give them a second chance and came back for another oil change and tire rotation, made an appointment and 45 min in my car is still in the parking lot. The service at this establishment is terrible and they absolutely do not care about improving. They have a sign on their wall that says “Customer satisfaction has been our bottom line, since 1922”. That is obviously no longer the case. I will be bringing my business elsewhere from now on.

  This USED to be a great tire place, but.... 10am appointment to get 2 sets of tires swapped between 2 sets of wheels. Purchasing nothing really, just the tire swap service. The counter guy was cool, but quoted me at $40/tire, which was $320 to swap a set of mounted tires from one set of wheels to another x2. Ok, ok, thats 2x the normal price but I have trusted these guys, should be quick SINCE I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, I said ok. I waited from 10am (with an appointment) until I left at almost 2pm! I honestly saw random people walk in, get service and leave well before I arrived, with my appointment. Really? Why did I waste MORE of my time with an appointment? YES, after 4 hours my 8 tires have been swapped around. Doing well guys, just saying. Plus you charged me 2x the going rate and didn't even bother changing the valve stems? No TPMS, just normal stems. ugghhhhh....A $1.00 part and you couldn't change it for what I was paying ($40/tire). You just swapped 2 sets of tires to the other wheels, that was it. The counter guys, great, zero issues. The service, well, I will never step foot in a Belle Tire again. You have let me down so bad! The AI will respond with a polite "please contact us, we are sooooo sorry" message but I won't waste more of my time with them. No hate on the employees, they did thier appointed jobs to thier ability, just the business is being ruined. Belle tire USED to be a top notch tire store & more, they are now trash to be avoided. Call my bluff, I warned you.

  Long wait but free tire repair. I just ended up taking the tire off and leaving. No complaints
