- LLLizJun 30, 20265.0Flat shredded tire. They got us in and out in less than 45 minutes and were great communicators about where they were in the process. Highly recommend.
- JLJohn LarsenJun 19, 20261.0Complete and utter disappointment. Made an appointment for wheel balancing as same day walkin, according to staff, was a 2 hr window. Arrived early for said appointment and truck did not move for an hr. Finally, truck gets prepared to go in and I get told they need the wheel lock key for lugs. Unfortunately, I did not have it in the truck after checking. Appointment over because this TIRE shop does not have a key. Nonsense, not because I didn't think about it but because I was not made aware that I should bring it. Reminders people. An hr wait to be turned away will result in a lifelong customer never doing business with you again. Absolutely absurd.

Turns out I needed a timing chain the whole time for a 2012 gmc terrain so I'm just out of 1600$ for a mid-diagnose smh never again will I bring any of my vehicles to them Josh young
