I’m a total moron when it comes to cars, and I’m very clearly not the “typical AutoZone customer.” If I ever end up asking for a “loaned tool,” it’ll be a big surprise. But Jake, and his associates, have never made me feel like a moron, nor have they made me feel awkward when I’ve sounded like one (“is your car push to start?” “Uhhh, I don’t know what that means.” “Do you push a button to start your car, or do you put in a key?” is a good example of me being excessively confused, and them helpfully explaining to me). Because of this exceptional service, I always come to this AutoZone, and I always tell everyone I know to go to this AutoZone. They are professional, they are experts at juggling more things than anyone should have to, and they are fast without rushing. There were six people in line, just now, and they managed to whittle that line down efficiently and with customer service at the fore. So, whether you’re a seasoned pro, or a weeb who doesn’t know how to fix their car, this AutoZone will show you the respect every customer deserves. Ps. Give Jake a raise.
