Tech tried to sell me a battery, showing some computer screen with a chart and supposedly my battery that was way in the danger zone. Talked about how I didn't want to let it go and end up stuck somewhere. Said my battery was original to my vehicle and had lasted long past the safe date..yada yada. Took car around the corner to AutoZone ..hmmm, battery is in great shape! Auto Zone guy said I was not the first person to be in that exact position...**be forewarned!** Auto Zone test results picture included.

He was pushy yet made me want to spend a little bit more due to his knowledge. I could tell the team worked well together and the assistant manager was teaching guys how to do things more efficiently as they were working. That guy should definitely be a manager. (And no I never met him before or remember his name, but I was very impressed). I only get my oil changes at the Jenison location because I've always had good experiences but this was one of my top experiences.

She throughly explained all of the services, checked all of my filters, and demonstrated amazing customer service. I will be returning because she made the experience AMAZING. Angel and Cameron also worked on my vehicle and were all extremely polite. The staff and service is top notch. I would leave a 10 star review if I could.
