  Great car wash that’s exceptionally fast and efficient. Very kind staff specifically Jayden who helped me out and was very professional and friendly.

  I hate this location. Line is always long, and there is only 1 lane for members. So the single use cashier line is constantly jumping ahead of you in line.

  Half the time I go to Tommy's in Jenison michigan the place is closed down during normal operating hours. Or even worse it breaks down when your in the middle of a carwash. Then your stuck. Very frustrating! They should update all the mechanics at that location. It's time!

  Mostly clean but my front and tailgate always have surface dirt left on them. Ive gone to many locations, always the same story. Similar problems with my old midsized SUV and my truck. I like to support local businesses whenever I can, but after looking at my parents' completely clean car I'll be going elsewhere.
