Employees witnessed the event, halted the line, and instructed the other driver to reverse. While Tommy's has stated they are not liable for damages, I believe they bear a responsibility to ensure adequate spacing between vehicles. I suggest implementing a dedicated employee to monitor the entrance rather than having staff remain in the office. My relatively new car now bears scratches resulting from this incident.
