  This afternoon, my vehicle was involved in a rear-end collision with the car behind it, an incident I attribute to drivers following too closely. Employees witnessed the event, halted the line, and instructed the other driver to reverse. While Tommy's has stated they are not liable for damages, I believe they bear a responsibility to ensure adequate spacing between vehicles. I suggest implementing a dedicated employee to monitor the entrance rather than having staff remain in the office. My relatively new car now bears scratches resulting from this incident.

  Great car wash. I just wish they wouldn't let the cars get so close to each other. Sometimes the rear of the car doesn't get as clean

  i have never had a problem here until they stopped the entire car wash to ask me to back up, i wasn’t even that close to the car in front of me. how embarrassing. i’ve been through this wash multiple times and especially when it’s busy i’ll have people barely an inch away from my rear bumper but apparently being 5 feet away from a truck calls for stopping the entire wash also i’ve had scratches on the left side of my car from this wash as other reviews mention , i’m canceling my membership today
