  Thanks so much to the Monro tire crew! We were all packed up ready to leave for a camping trip, when we noticed we had a nail in our tire. Monro was able to patch it up for us and we were on the road in an hour. We appreciate you!

  I made an appointment for 5 PM for an oil change. Got there at 4:30, they proceeded to tell me they are short for mechanics. They pulled my vehicle in at 5 o’clock. Maybe an hour later came out and said the fluids were checked at the oil change hasn’t been done yet. Then I mentioned that my coolant was low and she said she didn’t see that but she’ll go check again. She came back and said yes it is low, but we do not have your coolant here. Then I see them finally start my oil change at 6:45, and I left at 7 PM. I was there for 2 1/2 hours for a 20 minute oil change!

  This place is a great place to service your vehicle. They go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. I highly recommend Monro in Jenisen. It is my new go to for any services I may need. Andrea is fantastic and works very hard to get what you need to take care of your services.

  Ordered tires from Giga Tire and had them installed. I have security lug nuts on my truck and no key, Lee worked through it and even though each lug nut would get stuck, he did an amazing job switching out my tires. The Customer service by Jordan at the front desk was amazing. She was multi tasking the entire time I was there and was a jack of all trades. Even though it took a long time to have my tires installed due to the lug nuts, both employees did an amazing job and I am very happy with my new tires. Highly recommend working with Jordan and Lee for your auto service needs.
