  I had action glass replace all of my vehicles glass, Brian came out and was so professional and so nice. I will only use Action because attention to detail and care Brian has. Will only be going here and highly recommend!

  We only had our brand new Camry for a couple months. Windshield got a hard hit on the interstate by a rock, had to get windshield replaced. Action did a great job, only took maybe an hour or so including calibration of the safety system built into the windshield. Used them before several years before. Insurance paid.

  They replaced the windshield in our wagoneer; since it has a heads up display they also made sure to get factory glass since they said it can be blurry with third party glass. They also replaced the windshield on my 2017 nissan 370z; nice to have a clear windshield again. Both seem perfectly done!

  I have had my windshield replaced a lot in the past with having owned a jeep and now a 4Runner! I cannot say enough good things about Action Glass. From the people I have spoke to on the phone when making my appointments to the people who have replaced my windshields, I have always had great experiences and really appreciate how quickly they can fit me into their schedules. I highly recommend Action Glass!

  This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I've had. The shop had my Mercedes' VIN and vehicle information eight days before my appointment when they ordered the OEM windshield. Yet when I arrived to pick up my car, I was told they couldn't calibrate the safety systems because they hadn't updated their software. Instead of completing the job, they asked me to sign a waiver acknowledging that the safety features would not work but that the car was supposedly safe to drive. As soon as I left the parking lot, my dashboard lit up with warning lights and safety alerts—exactly what I expected would happen. Now I have to waste another three hours taking my car to Mercedes to have the calibration completed because they weren't prepared to finish the job they accepted. Replacing the glass is only part of the job on a modern Mercedes. Proper calibration of the driver-assistance and safety systems is essential. If you don't have the required software or equipment, customers should be told before the appointment—not after the work is done and they're standing at the counter. The complete lack of planning and disregard for my time is unacceptable. My vehicle should never have been returned to me with disabled safety features and a waiver shoved in front of me because the shop failed to keep its equipment up to date. I would not recommend this business.
