- PSPhillip Smith3 days ago1.0Brought my vehicle in for oil change, the time waiting was minimal. They continuously tried to upsell me on tons of services. I leave and noticed on my receipt it says all lubrication points are sealed. I checked and sure enough they didn’t grease the chassis. That was a cop out because of someone being too lazy to do their job. My vehicle definitely has grease fittings and they didn’t grease any of them even though it states this is included with a full service oil change. Very frustrating. Will not be back. Makes me wonder what else they aren’t doing… So after a call from customer service it seems that Valvoline no longer greases the chassis as they don’t even have grease or grease guns. So in fact they do not offer full service oil changes anymore. After I explained I would have to use someone else in the future they said that sounds like the best choice. False advertisement Valvoline!
- MMMichael MulkeySep 27, 20265.0Fast service with knowledgeable employees they try to up sale the products but that's pretty much everywhere you go other then that highly recommended!!
- SSStaci StuartSep 24, 20265.0The service is absolutely exceptional but if you’re not careful, they get the price up there as quickly as they can. I had an oil change in April and it cost me $64. I had an oil change in September and it cost me $100 Other than having to keep an eye on your wallet, it’s an exceptional place to do business
- RRRumorSep 18, 20265.0I cannot say enough about the gentlemen who worked with me during my visit today! I would recommend this Jackson location "hands down" as they are polite, knowledgeable, and efficient!!!
