  Casey the GM was not real friendly when asking a question on pricing and a coupon in relationship to other stores that honor both. Then proceeded to state “that’s why the previous GM lost their job, because he breaks the rules and employees don’t value their employment” However Corbin and Ethan were two of the nicest employees I’ve ever dealt with. Very professional and knowledgeable.

  As a 56-year-old man who has been handling vehicle maintenance for over 25 years, I’ve seen just about every type of service shop imaginable. I don’t say this lightly: the team at Valvoline Instant Oil Change provided the most seamless, professional experience I’ve encountered in all my years on the road. ​The technical side of the visit was perfect. They were fast, disciplined, and clearly knew their way around a vehicle. However, what really made an impression was the character of the staff. This is easily the kindest, most respectful establishment I’ve stepped into in the last 40 years. They treat you with a level of genuine courtesy that is becoming increasingly rare these days. ​It’s refreshing to find a crew that takes such pride in their work while remaining incredibly humble and helpful. After two and a half decades of oil changes, I can confidently say this was the best of them all. They have my highest recommendation.

  I went to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for a routine oil change, and this visit was extremely disappointing. I’ve been coming to this location for a while, but it seems like the service has been getting progressively worse each time. During this visit, they were completely out of both oil and filters, which is surprising for a business that specializes in oil changes. Another customer had to wait for a filter, and I had to wait because they didn’t have the oil for my truck. An employee left to get the parts, came back with only the filter, then had to leave again to get the oil. What should have been a quick visit turned into over an hour wait. To make matters worse, I overheard an employee say that since I already had a $25 coupon, they wouldn’t offer anything additional for the inconvenience. That was frustrating, especially considering the delay was caused by their lack of preparation. On top of that, when they finally completed the service, they didn’t even use their standard system to add the oil it was done manually, which didn’t inspire much confidence after everything else. Overall, between the lack of inventory, long wait time, declining service, and poor customer handling, this was a very disappointing experience.

  Ive used this place for years. Usually great, last time was nit so good. Sat in the bay for an oil change and tire rotation for 45 minutes. Didn't top off the wiper fluid and low tire pressure in one tire. Ill do it all myself before I hit the road.

  Why have a coupon added to my google wallet that says 50% off any oil chang3, and it was $105, so they decided my coupon was $25 dollars off not 50% off and added a filter that was 27.99. Make this make since. There is NO print that says this is conventional or synthetic either. Bait and switch? Thats illegal or is the advertising false and managers pick and chose who or when a 50% coupon is scanned? 0/10- do not recommend this company. At least the dealer ho or their coupons and work.
