When I told the black guy that was waiting on me (I'm sorry I didn't get his name) that I was never informed There would be a fee if they couldn't complete the alignment and they should have mentioned that before hand so that I would had already known instead of being charged a surprise fee and not them fixing it he got very rude as I was walking away he yells to me "since you've been coming here for so long you should already know that there was a fee. Then he started talking crap. They had ghetto music blasting you could here in the parking lot as soon as you pull in. I requested them to fill the right rear tire that's low and they never even did that for 40 bucks. Also he made a snotty comment to a different worker for selling a customer something to cheap. I have not been there since it was budget tire before the merg and I will NEVER go back unless it's the ONLY choice that I have and it WILL BE A LAST RESORT I GIVE NEGATIVE STARS FOR HIS CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
