- BKBrian KlingerAug 28, 20261.0I have been a loyal customer of Gills Point S since it was Budget Tires. I will not go back again for new tires. I just bought new tires with warranty soni will only go back there for.this set of tires rotation and repairs. I would rather pay a little more for tires than to be treated as I was by the new manager. Also, they checked my cabin air filter and since I did not allow them to change it, replaced it covered with leaves and knocked debris into the fan but refused to correct the issue. When I fixed the filter myself, the worker at Gills reinstalled the old filter incorrextly and jammed it in the space causing the old filter to crumple and not finction at all. Now I have to do a repair because they refused to simply dump the leaves off my filter and replaced it covered with debris. I will not recommend them or return to them when I need to purchase new tires again.

Has had my car for 2 days, failed to inform us on updates as in the part was wrong. We had to call an get them ourselves an when we did so. KEVIN! Made a cocky comment so yes i definitely snapped back An caught an attitude too! I’ve never had issues in the past but this new team they have is absolutely trash!
