  The staff are always very friendly and they offer the best rate in town. Just make sure you book early, depending on the time of year rates go up if you don't "pre-book" your vehicle. This last time I got a 2026 pacifica with only 20k miles - it was lovely

  Absolutely Terrible Experience — Avoid This Enterprise Location I rented from Enterprise over Easter weekend, at the end of spring break week, and reserved a large 10+ passenger van. The day before pickup, I received a call saying the van I had reserved would not be available. When I asked what my options were, they had very little to offer over the phone. I showed up anyway, and they only had a much smaller van available. We ended up taking it because we had no other choice. They discounted the bill slightly, but that hardly made up for the stress and uncertainty of being told the night before a trip that the vehicle I reserved was unavailable. The real problem started when it was time to return the van. I dropped it off on a Sunday, parked it in their lot, and placed the keys in the drop box. The next day around noon, I received a call asking when I planned to return the vehicle. I told them it was already in their parking lot and the keys were in the drop box. They called back and said they couldn’t find it. About an hour later, they called again and said they had finally located it. I specifically asked if everything was okay, and they confirmed that it was. Clearly, it was not. Enterprise then charged me for two extra days, claiming I did not return the van on time. I called the branch, and they confirmed through surveillance video that I had returned the van before it was due. They told me they would credit the overcharge. That was three months ago. After several calls to Enterprise corporate, nothing has been resolved. They have video proof that I returned the vehicle on time, yet I am still dealing with their mistake. It is not my fault that this branch lost track of a van sitting in their own parking lot. This location is disorganized, careless, and completely incompetent. From failing to provide the vehicle I reserved, to losing track of the return, to overcharging me despite video evidence, this was one of the worst rental experiences I have ever had. I would never rent from this Enterprise location again, and I strongly recommend others avoid it as well.
