  Oh wow.... THESE GUYS are the best! They fixed our tire on the trailer and it was fixed for free. Having such a horrible day, well, this was a major relief to us, not to mention they ha e our business. These fellas are quick, polite and very professional...bonus points are it's centrally located in town near multiple businesses if you don't mind a walk. Kudos, guys! Thank you for your service.

  Set up an appointment for a alignment check and wheel and tires balance. You call me to pick it up because its done but you didn't balance the tires because you think it doesn't need it. As if you know I just put the wheels and tires on myself. I have 2 sets and this one had no tpms sensors. I put them in myself. They work fine. The tires had a bit of a vibration at highway speed so I figured let's do a balance. The guy said he basically knew more about my vehicle than I do and wanted to argue then ask questions after I explained why I wanted them balanced. As if I need to explain why after you declined to do what service you were asked.

  Spent over $2100 on two sets of tires two weeks ago. Overpaid because it was walking distance to my house, and they have a catch for price match, they don’t care the exact brands as competition. Today my tire is 13 lbs low, and my chrome lug cover is missing, meaning it was installed correctly after the tire change. Now dude tells me I need new rims, then why did you sell me tires? Crooks, should have read the reviews, I’m only the latest victim.

  I needed a second opinion on my tires . I took my car to Art Moehn for an oil change and was told I needed to replace my tires before this winter. The vehicle is a 2024 Blazer with 12,700 miles on it, tires rotated at each oil change and is leased. This was extremely alarming. After trying to find out from GM what I should do because these tires must be defective and to find out if there is a warranty on them, their advice was to go to a different dealership. Art Moehn was contacted and responded once and was supposed to get back to me. They have since ghosted me. I made a call to Belle Tire and spoke to Cody. He said he'd be happy to check them for me. I drove over and he gaged each tire and tread. They all actually gaged a little different and better than what Art Moehn told me. He reassured me that at this time I had nothing to worry about and I could bring it back this fall and he would check them again. If I could give Belle Tire and Cody a million star review I would, but Google only allows five. There is a thing called customer service. Extremely rare and practically extinct in today's business world, but not at Belle Tire. I am relieved and thankful for their outstanding customer service. Thank you for your professional opinion. It pays to get advice from an expert instead of a novice! Thanks again.

  Well I brought 2 tires and wheels in to get mounted and balanced they got it done at a decent price I figured I would bring one of my vehicles that I just finished rebuilding the front and rear suspension to get a alignment there because the price was good enough well they pull it in and have it in there for about 10 minutes pull it back out and bring me a quote to replace all of the parts that the day before I just got finished installing they said it would be $1,600 to get it all fixed up and they couldn't do the alignment until the parts were replaced all I could do is laugh and take my keys and leave no wonder they ask what parts are new before they do anything to your vehicle I purposely left a few parts out to see if they would be honest and what do you know they weren't haha definitely won't be returning to belle tire I went right around the corner the same day and got the alignment taken care of right away no problems no questions to see if there was new parts or not they did their inspection did the alignment and I went on my way
