  Great experience at the Ionia location, knowledgeable, friendly and fast service. Have used Performance Plus for years all across Michigan. They go a great job for fair prices.

  DO NOT GO HERE! I was getting my oil changed when I saw a bunch of cars lined up behind me. I realized that they were taking longer than usual so I asked the guy if there was a problem. He said no and continued drilling something underneath my truck. He then came up and said one of my bolts wasn’t going in. I calmly told him that my truck was new and that there was no way my truck came that way. He then kept arguing with me, raising his voice. As this was going on the blonde young ladies were giving weird looks to each other and when it was time for me to pay they gave me such attitude. I absolutely felt uncomfortable and had to take my car to a mechanic the next day. The mechanic told me that I had oil leaking and that 2 of my bolts were stripped and not placed well.

  BEWARE! DO NOT GO HERE! Worst experience I ever had. I went to get an oil change and they stripped out the cap to my oil filter and tried blaming it on the last place I went saying they put the cap on too tight! Charged me $108 for my oil change and not only didn’t change my filter I now have to take it to a mechanic to have the cap replaced and a filter put in. I called there corporate office and they refused any responsibility and gave no compensation! Terrible business!

  I’ve had nothing but excellent experiences at this location. The manager runs a fantastic operation and it shows every time I come in. The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient, and they always take the time to explain what my vehicle needs without any pressure. What really stands out is how well the team works together. That kind of customer service and attention to detail starts with great leadership. The manager(Dadreon) clearly cares about both his employees and his customers, and he has created a place that is honest, trustworthy, and consistently delivers top-notch service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quick, reliable service from a team that truly knows what they’re doing. Don’t waste your time going anywhere else but here.
