  Andre, at the Grand River location in Howell MI, was very professional and excellent customer service in getting me what I needed in an emergency situation. When calling looking for a car, reservation team told me location closed on weekends and I would need to return on a week day. When picking up car I questioned Andre, he said while we are closed on weekend there is a drop box option. This saved me a full day of unnecessary driving. Definitely recommend this location.

  Second to worse rental - I picked the car up about three hours later than expected. It was dirty inside and out it had what looked like poop smeared on the inside of the window. The backseat was covered in potato chips. The gas was at half a tank and I was told it was full. I’ll check before I sign next time. Add it to the fact that I had to produce a physical drivers license when I rent all the time and my drivers license is actually in the system and I had to have a hard card That also was required to be in my full name -first time I’ve ever been asked to present the actual card instead of using my cell phone or Google Pay on my Apple Watch. I actually had to vacuum it out, so my son would not pick up the potato chips and toss them in his mouth

  Everything about renting from Enterprise is really easy and no hassles. The associate I talked with when i picked up the car was exceptionally nice and helpful, great customer service. I would highly recommend every time.

  I have been waiting over 30 days for Enterprise to provide the documentation i need to retrieve my $500 deductible from the accident's at-fault person. I see how it works. If your customer is not engaging is a normal transaction, you do not give a damn. In the future i will make sure no one from my company or any company (or municipality) that I can influence will rent their vehicles from somewhere else. FYI - I am soooo sick of being kept on hold for hours.
