  James was amazing. He helped me with ordering and had all the details for me the next day when I came in to have my tires replaced. He was very well spoken and understood the product and process. I really appreciated being treated well and with respect to. Anthony also helped with the installation. My husband has recently passed away, the help I received was priceless. THANK YOU James and Anthony.

  Hit a pothole on the highway around 7:00 am busted the right front. Towed in by Corrigan Towing. The driver, Wayne, recommended Belle Tire in Howell. I still had over 600 miles to go on my trip. I ask Wayne if Belle would have that size? He said 1000% they will. Arrived right at opening I was immediately greeted by James Castle. I explained my situation to James who said he would squeeze me in. James called for a technician “asap” got my car on the rack and had me back on the road within an hour. Excellent customer service from both these young men. Only my second trip to Michigan, crappy roads excellent people. James told me Belle Tire is expanding. If they end up in my area, I’m a customer for life.

  Please be careful. I put a lot of money into repairs on a car and sent it off for an alignment there. They called me up saying that there was $1700 plus labor of work to be done before a simple alignment. I am a master ASE certified tech and check everything before I even think about it sending a car there just because of that. I ended up having two other master ASE techs check everything over with the list in hand, they were stumped. Do not go here. Shall I have been a random person with zero mechanical experience they would have tricked me into a $1700 bill. FYI, that was after I installed my own brand new tires, that excludes tire prices.
