  I had such a great experience with David at Belle Tire! He helped me with my tires and made sure I got the best deal possible. While my car was there, I was also dealing with an issue with my air conditioning, and he went above and beyond to help with that as well. He was constantly keeping me updated and communicating with me throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. He was so helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Definitely ask for David if you’re in need of anything highly recommend!

  Got air in my tires. Very nice man helped me. Thank you Belle. We still need help on things. People should, however, show appreciation to those who help us. It is a great service.

  They were fantastic for fixing a tire leak! But DEFINITELY get a second opinion on any estimates they give you. I am a single mom with a brain injury. I can’t afford to be putting money into my vehicle unnecessarily. I walked out to my car this past Monday to find my right front tire down to 15psi. I must have hit a nail. No one in Brighton could help and I needed to drive the car so I called this location. They were incredible and said they could help if I could be patient. Not a problem! I’m very patient. I put air in the tire and drove up there and waited a couple of hours. They were busy. When it came time to leave I was given an estimate of around $800. They said a control arm was really loose and needed fixed asap. I told them I had just had shocks done and they said “I know and they should have done this first. This is so loose that it’s messing with the work they did.” I use a VERY highly recommended shop in Brighton and was very confused because they just had my vehicle a month or so ago. They had done shocks and brakes and definitely would have told me if a control arm was an issue. I asked if this was something that could wait a few weeks and he said probably but don’t wait any longer and don’t go out of town. I called my shop on Tuesday and dropped it off today. Turns out there’s no control arm issue. There is however a completely torn axle boot on the right side that didn’t just happen (it hasn’t been driven since this location fixed the tire leak.) So not only was I about to pay $800 for work that wasn’t needed, they would have sent me away with a completely torn axle boot. This is a tough review to leave because they were AMAZING with my tire issue. I will be sticking with Bob’s in Brighton for anything else though!

  Belle Tire shop in Howell Michigan saved us by an emergent repair of our rental vehicle tire at the shop’s closing time on a Saturday since we were driving all the way to Maryland that night! Saved us from an overnight hotel. Kudos to Dylan and James for accommodating us after hours and giving us the confidence to drive home on a safer brand new tire!!!
