  Found a nail in my tire and was losing air pressure. Stopped at Belle Tire in Howell and waited for them to open. Once open I was told that they couldn’t help me because I didn’t have an appointment and they were still having their 4th of July sale. I explained that I was a 20 plus year customer and was told he going to have to be the barer of bad news today. Only one other person was waiting for service. Service technicians were standing around drinking coffee. I will never buy another tire from this company. Drove another block and found Discount Tire. They were very professional and fixed my tire quickly. To top it all off the repair was free. Guess where I will be buying my tires from in the future? Belle Tire in Howell, Michigan was an embarrassment!

  I purchased tires from this shop three weeks ago and paid extra for the extended warranty, expecting peace of mind if something went wrong. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing from the start. When I ended up with a flat tire that wasn't drivable, I went in expecting the warranty to help. Instead, I was told the soonest they could see me was two days later. When I explained that waiting two days with an undrivable vehicle wasn't acceptable and asked what the point of paying for a warranty and being a loyal customer was if they couldn't even look at it the same day, the response I received was simply, "I gave you options." That level of customer service is unacceptable. A warranty should provide support when you actually need it, not leave you stranded. This was my first experience with Belle Tire, and it will also be my last. I will be requesting a refund for the warranty I purchased because it clearly did not provide the value that was promised.

  you know the staff is good here when they let you take a group photo of them at the end of it all! the team did an awesome job on my WRX!

  I had been here in the past and had a terrible experience, over a year ago well I was having problems with a tire and it was under warranty so really had no choice but to come back,, I’m glad I did because James made it right!! He fixed my problem! He is super nice and honest and very helpful, I will say I had a way better experience this time around! Staff was great! Thank you James and David

  After an unexpected blowout on our camper, we discovered Belle tires near Lake Chemung. The manager James was awesome! He was able to sell us tires and get them on the rims quickly. Not only was he great with his service, he was able to give us some places to see as we travel through Michigan. I cannot say enough good things about the service and hospitality of this store.
