  I had a good experience here. My vehicles issue was was taken care of with less work than expected. Communication was awesome and friendly. I recommend this shop.

  Had previously used Franky Ds with great service and outcome. They changed out some engine belts and a few months later it started making a noise I came in and they tightened up a belt and that was that quick 5 minute no fee. Call this time for a similar noise and told I could drop it off. Car is very old with a bunch of miles so I was only planning on a repair if it was very inexpensive. Figured they would call if it wasn’t something they could tell just by starting it up like tension on a belt last time as no fees were mentioned when I made the appointment. No call till after all the diagnostics are done $800 for a water pump. The car isn’t worth that but hit with $75 diagnostic fee that was never discussed. Just disappointed …wouldn’t have had it looked at if I’d know and would have just gone to the dealership for a trade in

  Called to talk to someone and get some help on a question then they yelled over me talking said they couldn’t hear me. When I proceeded to call back she instantly said I couldn’t hear you without knowing it was me….just by the sound of my voice. 🤦🏽‍♂️ So you did hear me. Couldn’t even ask my question was very rude and wanted to argue I just had a question about my car. Don’t recommend to anyone wish there were more nice shops in my area.

  Took my car in here 3 weeks ago because it wouldn’t start but would with a jump. They told me it needed a new starter. I was suspicious about it because a starter is a mechanical issue not an electrical issue if it starts with a jump it’s an electrical issue but trusted their expertise and the symptoms were pointing to a bad alternator. They ripped me a new one for $1000 just for my car to have a burning smell and a whirling noise last Friday. Here I am out another $1000 for an ALTERNATOR. I specifically asked them to check it and they swore it was fine. Never bringing my car back here. Will absolutely be disputing this. Not to mention the place is run down which shows how much they care about it and their customers.
