  I cannot say enough good things about the service I received at A & J Transmission! First, Kory — his communication was top-notch and genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. I felt incredibly well cared for and was kept informed throughout the entire process. AMAZING customer service! Jason was so knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient! He gladly brought me home so I didn’t have to arrange a ride, and then he and Kory went above and beyond by delivering my car back to me when it was finished. That level of service was so appreciated! I also had the opportunity to interact with Matt, who worked on my car. He was friendly, helpful, and took the time to answer my questions. It’s not often you find this combination of expertise, communication, and genuine care for the customer. A & J has absolutely earned my trust, and I’ll be bringing my family’s vehicles here for future service. 5 STARS — HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I have to say I had the pleasure of doing business with them ! All of a sudden my car starts jerking won’t go I was trying to find a shop to pull over in and came across A&J Transmission shop , they were totally upfront with me, explained every detail and scenario that they could , and said they treat their customers like their own grandma ! That is the truth ! They had my car diagnosed fixed and out the door in less than 4 hrs! They didn’t over charge me in fact they actually charged me less than it would cost for an hour of diagnosing!! Turned out it was a bolt on my rack and pinion assembly came loose ! Any farther down the road and I would not have been able to steer ! I am so very grateful for the men and lady that were there that day! I indeed was there Grandma that day! I will not take my old car anywhere else from here on out ! Great , professional, honest ppl doing a great job !! 2010 Buick Lucerne! Thanks a bunch Guys!!! ❤️

  A&J was hands down this best shop I have ever worked with. I dropped my car off and before I was even home they had sent me the diagnosis with video and picture. Prices are very fair and customer service is 2nd to none! Highly recommend!

  Been here multiple times now. Each time they were honest and saved me money too. They're trustworthy people, and I'll be coming back for sure.

  I've been going to Kory for several years now. I used to hate dealing with auto repair shops and mechanics. I have NEVER felt that way with Kory and his team. I highly recommend. :)
