As I did not know that with most new cars you cannot change the transmission fluid yourself anymore, I did not know how pricey it would be. Anyhow, they did EXACTLY what they were supposed to do, and were professional and knowledgeable while doing it. The price is what it is! Thanks A&J.

- GMGeo MidlandApr 22, 20265.0Had a front differential issue with my daughters AWD car. Went to another chain and had major problems with communication. Explained situation to intake person Kory, and worked on differential fluid change. Problem persisted and we had to order new transmission ($4000) and considered $1500 labor. Luckily problem has seemed to resolve with fluid change, they refunded my $ for transmission, only charged for fluid change. They were VERY good with communication, not up-selling, straight shooters. While they may charge a tad more than others, it is worth their quality and honesty any day!
