  The crew was fabulous and did a great job fixing my engine andgiving after care advice. The loaner car was ok but barely lol the 24 month warranty is solid. I would highly recommend them!

  I have a mixed review. I wish I would have taken notes of the guys' names today. The guy who greeted me when I dropped my car off and walked in behind me when I came back to pick it up was kind of a jerk. I was asked how I knew I needed an alignment. I told them that my brother-in-law who is a mechanic replaced an inner tie rod for me yesterday so I needed it done. I also had requested a tire rotation. The one guy (the jerk) asked why my brother-in-law didn't rotate my tires. Because I didn't ask him...? Then shortly after I dropped off my car I got a text notifying me of an issue they found that I actually already knew about. I told them to just do the alignment for today. When I got back to the shop to pick my car back up the same guy started going off saying "you need to tell your brother-in-law blah blah blah blah" (about the issue they texted me about earlier). I told him I was already aware of the issue because my brother-in-law told me about it yesterday. The guy then asked me if I wanted him to lift my car to show me the issue (as if I shouldn't trust what my brother-in-law says). I told him no and that I'd really like to get home. Other than that guy, the other gentleman who actually greeted me (by name!) when I was picking my car up and cashed me out was very nice. If I could have just dealt with him that would have been less stressful. The shop is also conveniently located (I walked back to work after dropping my car off and walked back there to pick it up) and they seemed to be efficient. I thought the price I paid for the two services was fair.

  They were able to get me in the same day to check my brakes and replace my shocks and struts at a reasonable price. I appreciated the knowledge and thoughtfulness in which they served me. Friendly service. I will be going back.

  Tuffy was great to work with. Awesome staff! They did a 24 point inspection and didn’t try to upsell me. Very clean shop compared to other brake and tire shops. I would 100% recommend Tuffy of Holland to everyone! 😎
