  Overpriced, worst customer service ever. Had An attitude the moment I walked in. Gave me attitude when I told him I didn't have the money right now. Offered me their financing option which after looking into it could take out a personal loan for much lower rate. Charge me for a Diagnostics yet they didn't tell me why my check engine light was on. Just suggested what they thought needed to be fixed. Took it elsewhere for a fraction of the price and they also took the time to explain everything to me without an attitude. Save your money and time and take it elsewhere.

  Way Overcharged for brakes and rotors made up all sorts of repairs that needed to be done had to get them redone 3 months later pay a dealership to verify they were just trying to milk my wallet... This was some time ago but less than a year, passed by recently and kicked my self after realizing I didn't leave a scathing review I know times are hard but these guys are barely a step above conmen.

  I brought my vehicle in because my brakes were squeaky. They took a quick look at it and said “your brakes are fine, you might have debris in them”. I asked for suggestions on how to fix it and he shrugged his shoulders and said “take it through the car wash. I don’t know how to fix it.” I ended up taking it to another shop and I needed 4 new rotors and brakes. It was almost $1,000, guess what? It doesn’t squeak anymore. Talk about lost revenue. Mind you, they were not busy at all. They had plenty of time to thoroughly evaluate my issue. I’m thankful they didn’t work on my car, who knows the quality. Especially since the guy that I spoke with had no clue how to fix it. 0 stars if I could. Not to mention I paid for the “diagnostic service”. I will not be going back.

  Honestly, I will never go back. I needed an oil change and a tire rotation, I scheduled a time, they said it would take about 30 minutes to an hour, I came back after an hour and it still took them another 45 minutes. But during the 45 minutes I was waiting, I witnessed people talking a lot and barely working. It wasn't until I stood outside staring at my car did I finally see some movement to get things done. Two hours later I'm finally driving off the lot. To make matters worst, they didn't reset the code on the car so it says I still need an oil change. I recommended it to a friend, and here's also took over an hour, I will never be back. The only Positive thing I can say is the man that checked me into the location was kind and hospitable.
