Trent welcomed me right away and didn’t make me feel the least bit embarrassed about the state of our van 😅 Nick, the manager, was incredibly helpful and explained the whole process so I knew exactly what to expect. I also really appreciated that the belt isn’t nearly as intimidating as the exterior wash, it’s wider than the car, you don’t have to be in a perfect spot, and you’re still guided on. Such a great experience all around!
