  They did an override on the safety feature while the oversized truck fluttered the brakes so I was rolling into him. Not cool. $$ That safety feature protects your assets.

  I’ve gone through the tunnel wash a number of times and the interior express a couple times. To be honest the people there are the reason I’m rating 5 Stars. The employees are awesome, even the high schoolers. There’s a great positive atmosphere that I enjoy. The exterior wash was no better or worse than any other I’ve been through, and the interior is good if you don’t have that dirty of a car. Stuff is usually left wet and it is not very thorough, however it’s nice to have if you keep up with it. I see a benefit in using the unlimited interior express plan because as soon as the dust starts to settle you can go back. If you have kids and it’s a month or more that you can’t get back to the interior express than they will not be able to fully get you back to reset. I’ve joked that you almost need to get an Interior Detail at a shop before you start going through the Interior Express.

  The entrance and exit needs signs to help traffic to know where to enter and where to exit. Lines painted arrows would also help

  Took our truck to get cleaned. $29.99, 10 minute job. To our surprise, mats were soaking wet, the carpet wasn't vacuumed well. Won't be going back. Certainly wasn't worth $29.99!
