  My boyfriend and I went through the car wash last weekend and had quite a bad experience. So we went through the car wash and when we got to the spinning drying thingy towards the end and I was looking out the window and I watched it pull my boyfriend’s right side mirror out of place. Mind you there was NOTHING wrong with it to begin with and he has gone a couple times through there before and nothing had happened to his mirrors before. We went inside and told someone and they took pictures. The guy then said we would hear back soon. Several days pass and he gets an email saying his mirror claim was denied, my boyfriend then called the number attached and he was told that because there’s a little paint mark on the mirror, they’re going to mark it off as it was previously involved in another accident or mishap so they don’t have to fix it and again it hadn't been in an accident prior because that paint mark was on the car when we bought it. As much money as they make and they can’t fix his side mirror I think is quite pitiful and ridiculous. I mean we got no compensation whatsoever. The funny thing is I also used to work here and they always had crap like this happening at the car wash. It’s just now an unnecessary expense that we have to deal with. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH AT ALL.

  I don't know what the car wash used as their test vehicles for their wash, but it was not a Subaru Forester. I had to go through TWO times using the Super Wash and it still did not clean the back end of the car. I had to go home and wash the back of my car myself.😢 Maybe the car wash machinery is best suited for sedans?

  The soaps looked cool and smelled good but for the price it should of took bird poop off my back bumper and window
