What makes this even worse is that during that same year, I stopped by multiple times to purchase single washes, and every single time the employees sold me single washes without informing me that I already had an active subscription. So for several months, I was paying for both. A company that allows this to happen, without transparency or proper customer communication, is simply not trustworthy.
