  I really like quality car wash, I use them all the time and all over, in Holland, Hudsonville, Zeeland, etc. I like quality car wash, and will not stop using them. However, I will never come to this location again. It’s not a problem with the staff they are always very friendly. However, I drive a bigger suburban and it seems that no matter what I do I can never get my vehicle straight. I try to go more to one side, more to the other side, straight on and the belt just always malfunctions and I always have to end up, backing up and going back in. Which this might sound like a user error, but I use quality car wash around two times a week and at all other quality car washes my car has no problems. I try to follow the signs when it says to load, and previously to today I have only had issues with getting my car on the belt straight. Well today I went through the car wash like normal. I thought I was pretty straight and when I put my car in neutral, I expected my car to find the belt and stop moving on its own, and start moving with belt. However, my car did not stop and almost crashed into the car in front of me. I tried my best to break because I literally was inches away from crashing into the car in front of me, and was still not stopping, but I did not want to break too hard and break the belt. Thankfully they stopped the car wash and came running out. They told me my car needs to be in neutral, however it was a neutral the entire time, but I understand they were just as confused as I was. Like normal at this location I had to back up to get on the belt straight and continue. This was not the employee‘s fault. However, now my car is having issues as I’m steering and stopping, so I’m pretty sure the belt pulled my car out of alignment. I will continue to be a customer at quality. However, I will never come to this location again because this is not the first incident I’ve had, and I don’t think I’ve ever not had an incident at this location. It is just too risky for me to continue going to this location, and not only a risk for my vehicle and but for others.

  Not very personal. I didnt have the app so i went to the cashier lane. I saw about 4...5 high scool looking staff members clearly messing around. The young man was polite. As i went around, there was no one to guide me in to make sure i was centered like at other car washes. Instead someone popped out and put a sleeve on my back windshield...i needed that cleaned too.

  So far all of my visits to this car wash have been nothing but hospitable and amazing! The staff are understanding very kind, also answer questions when asked in a kind manner. There is one worker there named Kailey who speaks both English and Spanish, she is amazing! Rock on Quality.

  I was out vacuuming, and the hose was clogged. I had a nice gentleman named Clay come out and unclog it for me and make the necessary repairs. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

  I had an awesome experience at Quality Car Wash thanks to Gavin. He was super friendly, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job right. He took the time to explain everything, made sure my car was cleaned perfectly, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The service was quick, the car looked amazing when it was done, and Gavin’s positive attitude really stood out. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Quality Car Wash to others because of him!
