  Don't let them remove your coolant level. Guess what? When you drive your car, coolant gets hot and expands, and it rises above the max limit. They say it's overflowing and want to remove some of it. But you're not supposed to check coolant when it's hot. After my car cools down, now I'm low on coolant. Please understand physics.

  I pulled in to the second stall while they were starting up on another car and they did all the usual things asking me my mileage and what kind of oil I want and the person working asked me if I wanted to do an additive to my oil that would only be an extra five dollars so I agreed to it and they started draining my oil and working on both cars at once which is totally fine that’s why there is two stalls there , They proceeded to finish up on the first stall and welcomed another car in and as soon as they did that, they completely stopped working on mine and put all their attention on this one vehicle. They ended up completing two different cars before mine was even done. I proceeded to sit there for about 10 minutes, wondering what was going on And then finally, he came over and had me rev up my car, and Flashed me my oil stick and gave me A bill with an additive price of 15.99. Nor did they mention filling up my wiper fluid for free like they usually do, checking my tire pressure, and lights. I have been going to this place for a while now and was pretty Disappointed with how my trip went today.

  Best Customer Service in Holland! I had an excellent experience the Lakewood location. The young men were all very professional and charismatic, taking the time to clearly explain my car’s needs without making me feel pressured or upsold. It genuinely felt like they cared about helping me rather than just meeting a quota. Roberto was especially helpful—he went above and beyond to assist with a broken piece on my car. It wasn’t even something they typically handle, but he took it upon himself to help facilitate getting it fixed anyway. He made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I also want to point out that people often criticize the younger generation for lacking work ethic, but that absolutely was not my experience here. Everyone working at this location proved the opposite—they were attentive, hardworking, and took real pride in what they do. Whatever this location is doing, they’re doing it right. They could easily serve as a model or training example for other companies in the area. Truly outstanding customer service.

  I've heard about this place from my son-in-law and my daughter mentioned that he preferred this place from other shops. So finally, I had a chance to know how "good" these guys really are. And I went in for a simple oil change and now I understand why he like this place. Apologies in advance, I didn't take note of the names of the guys. The staff greeted me right away and explained exactly what they’d be doing. The curly haired guy was really nice, welcomed us with a smile and was very informative about what I needed done without aggressively pushing any unnecessary add ons. He answered any questions I had and made great recommendations for my high mileage car. The whole process was quick, I think I was there for 10 minutes. The prices were reasonable, and I left feeling confident that my car was in good hands. Sometimes it’s hard to find a place that feels like they are being genuine with you, but my experience with this location was nothing short of honesty, efficiency, and friendly service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future oil changes and recommending them to friends and family.
