  1 Star Absolutely Terrible Experience. I Will Never Come Back. I brought my Toyota Sienna in for a routine oil change, and they damaged my oil pan by stripping the drain plug threads and the oil pan threads. It looks like they may have used an impact tool instead of removing the drain plug by hand. If they knew the drain plug was difficult to remove, they should have stopped and informed me that there was a risk of damaging the oil pan before continuing. Instead, they went ahead without my permission, damaged it, and then simply told me afterward that it was my problem. They claimed the threads were already damaged before I arrived, which is completely false. They refused to take responsibility, offered no compensation, and installed only a temporary rubber drain plug. If that temporary plug fails, the engine could lose all its oil and suffer catastrophic damage. Also, they never informed me that the temporary rubber drain plug they installed leaves an internal expanding piece inside the oil pan that cannot simply be removed later. I only found out about this from another mechanic. This was important information that should have been disclosed before they installed it. To make matters worse, they charged me more than I usually pay for an oil change, despite damaging my vehicle and leaving me with a temporary repair instead of fixing what they broke. I had the damage inspected, and the oil pan is beyond a simple thread repair. Part of the metal around the drain hole has broken away, which means the entire oil pan must be replaced. The repair cost me $800. I am currently preparing legal documents and will be filing a lawsuit to recover the cost of the repair and any additional damages caused by their negligence. Avoid this shop if you value your vehicle.

  Super nice guys but car has been smelling like gas ever since I left the place…finally pull over and see that there’s oil all over my hood and engine beneath, they never put the oil cap back on. Very dangerous…for 50 bucks I would think we could do a proper oil change.
