  I showed up 5 minutes after closing needing a rental car. I was greeted by a locked door till Gus came out and said watcha need today. Within 5 minutes he got me out the door with a car and saved my weekend. 5/5 wish it was 10/10 cannot thank gus enough for the professional help.

  The people at the Holland michigan location are wonderful when I got there they had everything set up and ready so they walked me to the cari chose and they showed me how everything worked in the car and when I came back they didn't hold me up I dropped off the keys and that was it. I always recommend these great people to every person I know that needs a rental. Thank you enterprise!!

  This location is fantastic, the staff works like a well oiled machine. Special recognition to Aurora, she is a fantastic problem solver and truly an asset and leader to the whole team.

  Dropped the car off they saying that I smoked in the car so it $200 to clean it , ok fine take that . But then I called back cause my $100 headphones was left in the the car, they said they would call me back cause it takes 20 minutes to clean the car and still no call be about my headphones.
