  Pick up and drop off was fast and smooth. Staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the car I rented. I would give Enterprise and the staff I dealt with a grade of A+.

  What an amazing experience renting from Enterprise in Holland, MI! Dezirae leads a team that worked hard to do everything possible to make us happy. They were quick getting us into a roomier rental car while our vehicle was being repaired. The phone calls, emails and texts were helpful and informative throughout the process. It was a "property damage" claim and we had zero out of pocket expenses.

  Be advised they will make the reservation but don’t have vehicles available! The reservation rep will promise you that if a vehicle is not available the area manager will find a car that’s a LIE they don’t even reach out to you. Customer service is horrible cars a dirty and older cars compared to other rental locations….
