  Great customer collaboration by Aurora. She was courteous, respectful, and professional during the entire interaction. While dealing with me, she had an irate customer stop by who was unprofessional and disrespectful towards her. She handled that situation commendably, while ensuring other folks in the queue were also attended to. She deserves recognition.

  After having taken a $22 taxi to pick up my regal car with a reservation, this location decided they would not honor my reservation without any explanation. My reservation was for 6 days for $350.00 for the 6 days. Strange, plenty of cars in the lot and they are still accepting and advertising reservations on the website. Strange.

  Renting a car here was a seamless experience. We were helped by Aurora for pick up and drop off, and she was very attentive, knowledgable and kind every step of the way. You don't get customer service this good at other rental car outlets, especially not where I live!
