  At night the sign says "BELLE T" from a glitch. The fact that it spelled out that word perfectly is the easiest 5 stars of my life. Never walked inside before, but still 5 stars. I don't think they fixed it yet and I hope they never fix it.

  Spent 3000 dollars on tires at Belle tire in the last few years and paid extra for road hazard warranty, went there 2 hours before they closed to have a tire fixed and they wouldn't do it, went to Discount Tire got there as they were closing but they took the time to fix the tire anyways despite it being 90 degrees and their people had put up with the heat all day they fixed with a smile. I have found my new tire store. I would recommend Discount to anyone and will never recommend Belle Tire or use them again.

  We used to support Belle as a great, reliable local chain. They did a good job at a fair price but have lately been getting increasingly worse in terms of service and reliability. My last tire change to replace bad tires was a trainwreck. I ended up having to go back to the shop 3 times because they forgot to replace the tire and insisted they had, so we had to prove the car still had the old damaged tire on it. They seemed to have really poor communication amongst their staff. The person behind me in line was switching winter to all-season and the mechanic came out of the shop and told the customer that one of the four tires was not a winter tire. The customer’s response was that Belle were the ones to change the tires last so it was their doing. Sad to see them go downhill.

  I can't say enough good things about the Belle Tire location in Holland. I originally brought my vehicle in for a clunk in the left front suspension area. They diagnosed and repaired the issue quickly—within a day. About a week later, the same clunk returned. I brought it back, and after further diagnosis they told me there was an additional problem: the rack and pinion. To be honest, I was skeptical at first. Rob and Jason were incredibly patient, took the time to explain everything, and never made me feel pressured. I even had the vehicle checked by a couple of other shops because I wanted a second opinion. Sure enough, they were absolutely right—it was the rack and pinion all along. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, informative, and genuinely focused on helping me understand what was going on. I ultimately had the rack and pinion replaced by a friend in the industry and knew I'd need another alignment afterward. I fully expected to pay for it again since that was my choice, but because they had already done the alignment during the initial repair—and despite all the extra back-and-forth that I created, not them—they realigned it for me at no charge. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Rob and Jason have earned my trust and are officially "my guys" when it comes to vehicle service. A huge thank you to them and the technicians behind the scenes who do the work. Honest, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to stand behind their diagnosis. Highly recommend this Belle Tire location to anyone looking for quality service and people who truly care about their customers.

  YOU FIXED MY CAR! I AM SO HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS! Glad I listened even though I was doubtful. Sounds super quiet. You definitely found the issue with having the wrong brakes on there. It's surprising how weird that is. Thank you so much!
