  Apparently they lock the door atleast 5 minutes before closing time, and with customer's still inside the store. Glad O'Reilly auto kept their door unlocked until closing time so I could still drive over there and get the parts I needed.

  Joke of a company....bought a part for my vehicle got it installed and its junk in 2 weeks now I need to get a garage to get me a new part and install it....$1400. I contacted the store i got it from was met with a rude worker that basically said we can't help you here you need to talk to the head office so I do that met with another rude and snobby individual that finally tells me they will only warranty the part so I'm still stuck paying $1100 for labor because auto zone sells junk

  Phoned in order. Had to give credit card number to order the $50 part, the other was in stock. 2 days later, they couldn't find part order. I'm not a happy customer

  Chris, the tech, went above and beyond and replaced the battery terminal for me. I spent a little extra on parts, but he put quite a bit of time in it and got my car starting properly again.
