- SCsalma CHAug 27, 20261.0This is my second time getting an oil change here and having to deal with an unsecured engine splash guard afterwards.first time husband took the car back and they fixed it. This last time After I left the place I stopped to make sure it’s properly mounted ( should be bolted in ) and it was already hanging down and secured with some loose zip ties!!! Sure enough 2 days later it fell down. I don’t wanna drive the car with a hanging dragging piece scraping the road just put it back how it supposed to go!!

- APArt PalmerAug 19, 20263.0I have been have my oil changed at this Valvoline location for probably 15 years or more without issue. When I got my oil changed and fuel filters changed in my RAM 2500 Cummings Dessel, on 8/17/26, the tech doing the filter change broke the relief valve on the rear filter cap. While the manage has offered to replace it I have yet to hear from him as of the 19th. Regardless this is a major inconvenience.
