  What started as a routine 15-minute oil change quickly turned into an over 30-minute ordeal because the service worker below my vehicle dropped/lost a bolt. Even though the oil change was finished, I was stuck there because this worker (who eventually needed a second guy to come down and help) was fumbling around for 15 extra minutes trying to find what he dropped. When you're spending $100 on an oil change, you expect more professional service. I will be taking my business elsewhere if this is the kind of service I can expect from this Valvoline location.

  Had an oil change. Everyone was courteous and professional. Very thorough and quick. I will b back for another oli change and have told everyone to go to Highland Valvoline.

  Quick easy efficient, Jordan and his team are friendly helpful and efficient! I have been coming here since moving to the area in 2025 and would highly recommend!

  I forget their names, but I was extremely impressed with the way the young men worked together at this location…and seemingly without effort. The more experienced employees were patient and helpful in training the newer guy. Just nice to see such positivity. Thanks!

  So on the 24th of last month I had my oil changed my truck requires 8.8 quarts of oil they put 8 quarts of oil in plus a quart of an additive I had put in, supposedly because two weeks later my truck started jerking around so I pulled off into a Rural King and found out my truck has zero oil in it. I told them my truck didn't have any leaks they even came out and looked and it found out no it doesn't have any leaks! So how did my oil disappear in 2 weeks with no leaks? My coyote motor only burns about 1 to 1 and a half quarts of oil per month that has to be replaced. The corporate office called me and had us on a three-way with the store the store manager says they have video proof of the work performed yet they don't want to show myself or the owner of the truck the video sounds fishy to me. I've been coming there for 20 years and I'm not coming anymore! On the phone you mentioned that your technician showed me the dipstick but that's not true because for 20 years I've been telling them I don't need to see it I trust you boy was I wrong
