- JNJustis NarduzziMay 12, 20261.0I had my car towed there for a flat and ended up “needing” all four tires replaced and then had them tell me I need 3k worth of repairs on my car and it was unsafe. Im SO glad I got a second opinion because I was told they were trying to take advantage of me and 90% of what I was quoted for was incorrect and well as being over charged. They also didn’t balance the tires after putting the new ones on. Now I’m even questioning if I needed all new tires or if I could’ve just had the one flat replaced. I was grateful for them getting my car done fast but at what cost to be told I need thousands of dollars in repairs that aren’t necessary.

Took my flat tire in to Tuffy and the guys there instantly took my car back fixed it within 10 minutes and sent me out with no charge! Great service many thanks to Josh, Nate and Kayden.

All of which were replaced before I brought it into the shop. After explaining this to The guy at the front desk he called me back to say they were mistaken, and it was a completely different part which was about $800 less. Never had a problem with this place before until this year he used to go here all the time
