I was worried about how much it would cost to come here and get my front alignment done. However the lady at the front desk was super friendly and gave me a good affordable price. They did a great job and I was in and out pretty quickly!

Took my car in today to get a weld on my exhaust. What originally would have been $300 turned into $2800 worth of services because if they fixed something they would break something else. Lady at the service desk could not even speak a coherent sentence to relay messages to me from the technicians and vice versa. Wouldn’t consider ever going here again. Infact, I made my boyfriend drive me back immediately because they were about to start working on it after me specifically telling them not to. This place will NOT be getting business from me anytime soon and as a young female I felt very taken advantage of and targeted as if I was naive and wasn’t going to get second opinions from wider sources. Definitely something going on here… Edit from day after: Took my car to Muffler Man in Brighton. Got me in right away and quoted me $165. They took me under my car to show me what was the issue and what they were going to do to fix it so I could actually see what was happening. The MOST transparency I have ever gotten at an auto shop. Muffler Man is the place to go over Tuffys!

On a Sunday morning, getting ready to head back up north, I heard a "hiss" coming from a tire and upon investigation, found that the hiss was air leaking out around one of the tire screws. Of course, tires generally don't have screws so this was concerning. Long story short, Tuffy on Milford was open and able to get me in quickly and repaired it while my family and I ate Coney's at Leo's -just a short walk away. I believe it was Ethan who processed the appointment and I appreciated that he was honest about the condition of my tires and didn't try to sell me a new set. The repair was $35. I walked away feeling that I paid a good price for a quality repair; I wasn't quite expecting that with the cost of everything these days. Definitely recommend and would be a regular customer if I lived in the area.
