  Usually I have no problems but this time I walked in and looked at the spark plug fowlers to see if they had the long 18 mm well they didn't but they had two of the shorter ones so I was thinking about it but first my main goal was to get my O2 sensor pulled out because it's stuck in there and I need to change it out well I'm currently disabled and I don't have a lot of money and usually I can leave my wallet with everything in it ID or even a phone or my keys and they just let me use the one socket one socket so that we're not just so that way I don't just go outside in the parking lot do it go right back inside and then we were doing a whole another transaction literally two seconds later because I have an impact I asked about it he said I'll help and whoever it was in there said no you can either buy one or rent one with a rude attitude I don't know you guys need to do something about that type of stuff because some of us that are disabled that live on an income don't have the money to actually fork out some stuff like that and you know like some of us are DIY mechanics that are disabled so we work on our own vehicle because we don't have the money to put our car into the shop and it's kind of rude for somebody to you know dog got to get it together man

  AWFUL customer service. They did not give me my full refund because the cashier was incompetent of doing its job. The manager came over and asked what the difference was and PULLED OUT HIS WALLET AND HANDED ME MONEY. I could not believe it. I buy all my stuff here but will never be back. Customer service is a joke l. Guess the bad customer service starts a corporate.

  I ordered some parts thru phone call thursday and when came to the store to pick up they said they ordered parts for wrong car model. Then the told me to come tuesday and when i got there they its still not there. The lady who ordered the parts she said it will be there tuesday morning. Now they are saying to come on Wednesday. It's a total harassment...
