  I cannot thank A & D repair service enough! I took my Toyota sienna to them to look into an issue I had with a rear end repair that was done at another body shop. They showed me how the other body shop cut corners and did a very unsafe repair of extensive rear end damage from a previous collision. They inspected everything, and walked me through the issues. I was able to sell the vehicle back to the dealer that sold this to me. On top of that they didn’t charge me! Thanks to Ian and A & D!

  I will start by saying I am a fan of A&D as service center. However, I took my car in for an alignment as I was told it was necessary to maintain the warranty on new tires (purchased elsewhere). After picking my car up I immediately noticed the steering wheel was not centered and pointing left. I called and they very nicely asked me to bring it in to fix it free of charge. I took it in and when I picked it up as I drove away I noticed the steering wheel was over corrected and now pointing to the right. I called again and it was implied that it was in my head and was told that when I came back I would need to drive a mechanic around to show them. It took me a couple weeks to get my car back in but was told I could just drop it off. After the third attempt to correct the alignment of my steering wheel it still isn’t not straight. It is slight, but when paying $200 for an alignment I feel like having a straight steering isn’t a big ask, especially when it was straight when I brought it in prior to the initial alignment. I will also say that both follow ups I was told it would be a priority and be done early afternoon and it was not done until close or the next day. While I would still overall recommend A&D, I cannot recommend them for an alignment.

  Roy and his team are fantastic! From beginning to end, their communication, service, and prices beat out the 3 other alternative shops we considered. My wife and I appreciated their transparency and education throughout the process!

  I had a great experience with A&D Auto. I originally came in for an oil change, and the team was quick, professional, and very thorough. While inspecting my vehicle, they also identified an issue with my wheel bearing that I hadn’t noticed yet. They explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me, and got it fixed fast. The car drives so much smoother now, and I really appreciate their honesty and attention to detail. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but A&D Auto definitely earned my business going forward. Highly recommend them for anything from a simple oil change to more involved repairs like wheel bearings!
