  Hey, not all home runs are measured by size or high value costs spent to reach your personal satisfaction. So, I am a nobody, living on a fixed income. Tried to repeat a simple task of a tire change for a worthy lawn tractor. Worked for 2.5 hrs in high heat, high humidity with no success in the tire change. Boom!...I wondered if the Belle Tire guys can ring that bell in doing the job. Sean, my initial counter guy, queried me tire size, remove old to install new (I removed old), asked whether a tube was required (not, was tubeless type) and indicated the tire size was too small to use a machine for the change. This guy, Sean, is undaunted and said he has a guy to do the job freehand (old school). He also added that it would be done before the end of the current day or the next morning. We'll, thanks to the skills possessed by Tech Mike Bowman, I got a call less than an hour of the drop. This problem solving, pleasant Customer Service and timely and diligent response to inform me my job was done is the reason why my wife and I depend on Belle Tire. Kudos to the Hartland, Mi franchise team!! All of the stated greetings, situational dialog, respectful promise of results for $15 job? Treat them as you would like to be treated....the future 5 star rating they get may be yours.

  Got work done last week tuesday and when i went to leave multiple lights were going off on dash. They were not going off when i brought car in. Mechanic lied saying they were there when i arrived. I know for a fact is not true. Asked to talk to manager and was blown off. Taking to honda dealership for them to verify bell tire messed up. Tried to talk to manager next day as they were not on site and was told they were not there so was lied to again. I posted this yesterday and seems it was taken down. I will post this every single day if I have to I'm not going to let them get away with screwing over other people. worst Bell Tire I've ever been to all they had to do is take the car in and adjust the sensor that they messed up and I would have been happy but they lied and said that all the alerts were going off before I even showed up. will update this after Honda looks at vehicle.

  Went there last week for a simple tire replacement along with two brake pads. Dropped the car off with no issues. When I got my car back multiple dash lights were going off. I went into the shop to tell them about it stating that these were not going off at all before dropping the car off. They stated the mechanic said it was like that when he received the car which I know for a fact is not true. When I asked to talk to a manager or someone they shrugged and didn't really give any concern that they were responsible for these alerts on my car. I suspect the issue is a damaged or miss put abs sensor from them working on my tires. I will be taking it to another shop this week to have them verify that bell tire mechanics were the cause of these alerts. I will update this review once I get the results. Worst customer service I have ever experienced and worse mechanic work I've seen. Also was told to call next day to talk to manager and I did but guess he decided to take a half day since he wasnt able to talk to me again.

  I visited today after noticing what appeared to be damage to my sister’s tire. From the moment we arrived, Chase was incredibly helpful and professional. Before even going into the store, I asked if he could take a quick look at the tire to determine whether it might need replacement. Although he was busy, he immediately came out to inspect the vehicle and gladly assisted us. Chase was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer our questions. The manager and the rest of the team were equally helpful, making the tire selection process simple and stress-free. I especially appreciated that they did not try to upsell us. Instead, they clearly explained the differences between the available options and helped us make an informed decision based on our needs. Overall, it was an excellent customer service experience, and I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for honest, professional, and helpful service.
