  1-Star Review I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone because of the store manager, Walter. He was extremely disrespectful and made me feel like I wasn’t valued as a customer. I asked if he was open at the second register, and instead of answering professionally, he looked over at another employee. The other employee told me, “I’ll take care of you in one second,” but Walter walked away. As he was leaving, he made a smirking comment. A moment later, he told me, “I can take care of you over here.” When I went to his register, he started arguing with me, saying, “You saw me doing something. He said he can take care of you in one minute.” The interaction continued to get more disrespectful, and he even told me I could “go somewhere else.” I’ve never been treated this way in a retail store. Customer service should be respectful and professional, especially from a store manager. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this AutoZone location to anyone. I hope the company addresses how customers are treated because this was completely unacceptable.

  hung up on my face multiple times told me to hold for 5 minutes and couldn’t wait 30 seconds because i was away from my phone whoever did that she needs to learn some respect🤦🏽‍♂️

  Was here at Sunday July 5 around 4 these workers would have u wait for minutes just to tell u they don’t take used coolant even tho I already called them before I get there and they said yes they take used coolant..

  I had another great experience at AutoZone thanks to Linaea. She always provides outstanding customer service and is incredibly patient, professional, and knowledgeable. Whenever I have an issue or need help, she takes the time to listen and resolves everything quickly without making me feel rushed. Honestly, most of the time I visit this location, I hope she’s the one helping me because I know I’ll receive excellent service. Employees like Linaea truly make a difference, and AutoZone is lucky to have her. Highly recommend this location because of her exceptional customer care!

  The Autozone of hamtramck is hands down the best service I’ve ever encountered and it’s not even close. Friendly, helpful, budget conscious, and timely. Cannot say enough good
