  The SUV we rented was in excellent shape, comfortable, and in good working order. All of the rental staff treated us with respect and were very courteous and friendly. When we returned the car we had a very negative experience with a couple of Avis Rental employees. The Enterprise staff member listened to our complaint and was very understanding. Apparently, the two Avis employees (a mom and daughter duo) at Sawyer Airport in Marquette, MI have a pattern of verbal abuse and rudeness to anyone and everyone, even their own customers based on what I've read of their 2-star Google reviews. So glad we chose wisely and went with Enterprise! 5-stars for Enterprise all the way.

  Saved our trip (and gave us a good laugh)! When our plans shifted while traveling in the UP, we called the Enterprise team at KSAW last minute needing a car to make a booked kayaking trip in Munising. The manager was honest that inventory was tight, but promised to try to make it work. I booked a "You Pick" reservation online and hoped for the best. The next day, while tying down our airplane at the FBO, I looked up to see my wife driving a massive 12-passenger white "church bus" van toward me! It was the only vehicle they had left, but they made sure we weren't stranded. Aside from gas and parking, it drove great, and we had a hilarious time rolling up to Pictured Rocks in our giant ride. Huge thanks to the KSAW Enterprise team for being honest, flexible, and saving our trip!

  The rental process was super easy. I did everything online so I was out the door with keys in probably 5 minutes. The employee was friendly but fast. I didn't notice until the next morning that the car only had 1/4 tank of gas and I had only driven into Marquette. I contacted the local office and they apologized and said they would note that on my account. When I returned the car (with a full tank), the employee was incredibly apologetic and went way, way above and beyond to make it right. That was true customer service! Thank you!

  Tyler is the best Tyler went above and beyond I helping me with my needs. Never got a National customer survey. I guess google maps is the next best thing. I do recommend this place for your rental car needs and I will be back if ever in the area
