- AHAntsy HikesSep 22, 20254.0The rental pickup/return was FAST and EASY. However, the car, a Nissan Sentra, had terrible windshield wipers that made the drive dangerous in the dark, when it started raining, and I could hardly see the road. It was too late to do anything about it, we had almost reached our destination. This kind of basic item should be checked before you rent any car to any person. Will I get a partial refund? Probably not.

Offered a “midsize luxury sedan, 5 series, A6, or similar.” Was assigned a Dodge Durango, which is luxury only in some Dodge executive’s fever dreams. Then I was told that this location *never* is allowed to keep and rent midsize luxury sedans, instead transferring them to other locations yet still drawing customers like me in by advertising them and confirming reservations for them. Complete scam by location management. I’m forced to give a single star, but if I could I’d give zero or negative numbers. Doing this is wire fraud by definition.
