- BLBrian LettingsAug 26, 20261.0Alamo Rent A Car/Enterprise at Marquette Sawyer airport were very helpful in reserving a car for me! And that’s where it stops. They know how to make a reservation…but they don’t know how to keep a reservation! You will not get the car you think you reserved, because the idiots running the rentals don’t know when to stop accepting reservations. They do such a superb job running that place, must be why the gentlemen at the front desk was promoted to assistant manager! That made my day better. So happy for him… Save yourself some time and go rent a car somewhere else…oh wait, there is nowhere else because you’re in the armpit of the US that is Marquette.

Offered a “midsize luxury sedan, 5 series, A6, or similar.” Was assigned a Dodge Durango, which is luxury only in some Dodge executive’s fever dreams. Then I was told that this location *never* is allowed to keep and rent midsize luxury sedans, instead transferring them to other locations yet still drawing customers like me in by advertising them and confirming reservations for them. Complete scam by location management. I’m forced to give a single star, but if I could I’d give zero or negative numbers. Doing this is wire fraud by definition.
