- KWKendra WellsMay 8, 20261.0I went in for regular safety maintenance before a road trip. It's been about a year since my last alignment. I had an appointment. It felt like they didn't want to perform the service because it was close to closing time (they were encouraging callers not to come in, too). They told me I didn't need the service and sent me on my way. I'm very confused because this is something I do for safety every 30,000 miles or so. I bought my tires here so prefer to continue using BT to get the benefit of free service, but I guess I will have to go to another location that is willing to perform service. I don't know these men but I know my car... why should I trust their word? I was there for 20 minutes, I don't even trust they looked at it. I took time off work for this and am very disappointed in their service or lack thereof

Next day they said it wasnt their fault because they conveniently hadnt done the paperwork for my car yet, so they took no responsability. You cant trust them with anything. What kind of people do this shit?
