  I NEVER WRITE BAD REVIEWS!!! But if I could give negative stars I would! I visited the Mack Grosse Pointe location on 7/9/26. I came in for 4 new tires. Kenny was my sales rep. After my car was done I payed and found my car parked outside. I immediately noticed 2 bright orange rusted bolts/ lug nuts on my driver back tire that were not there before. Of course it looked terrible so I took a picture of the tire and went in and asked Kenny about it. He immediately started to try to convince me that’s how I brought the car in, as if I don’t know what my car looks like. Saying “we don’t even have Mercedes bolts, we keep the same bolts”. I said “absolutely not”. So he says I’ll go look around on the floor to see if they’re there. He comes back and says “ I don’t see anything”. I say well something has to be don’t since it’s looks terrible. So then he begrudgingly says “I’ll order 2 bolts”. While waiting for my new blots to be put on, we comes over with my old bolts in his hand saying “ I guess they must’ve fell off” but offering no apology for trying to convince me that’s how my car arrived. I finally go to my car and 2 new mix match bolts have been added, which also looks horrible but at least they’re silver and not bright orange rust. While my car was on the hoist they told me that I would need new front brakes , so right after my car was done I planned to go straight to my mechanic to get my brakes looked at. But on the way to my mechanic I immediately knew something wasn’t right with my car. The tire pressure light stayed on and the car was shaking uncontrollably as I was driving on the freeway. When I reached my mechanic he was furious, and he called all the other mechanics to look at what a bad job Belle tire had done. Not only had they left all the stickers on all the tires but the shaking was coming from the fact that “bead was not seated”. Or in other words the tire and the rim had separated from where Belle tire did not put enough air into my tire, Thus causing the imbalance and the shaking on the freeway! My mechanic said that was tires 101 , putting enough air into the tire until you hear a loud pop! As you could imagine I was furious! I had just paid close to $1000 and had the worst shop experience I ever had. So I decided to call the shop to voice my complaints about the horrible job done to my car. By the time I called , Kenny wasn’t there. Someone named Ryan answered the phone. I told him about my whole experience that day. What was his response? The most nonchalant careless attitude ever. Not once did he even offer an apology! Just when I thought the nightmare was over today is 7/16/26 a week later and now I’m getting notifications of a missing/inoperable tire sensor. So not only did they do a HORRIBLE job, they also damaged my tires sensors which means more money out of my pocket!!!! If you value your car, DO NOT send it to Belle Tire Mack Grosse Pointe location!! I got the 3 year warranty with my tires and I will NOT ever be taking my car back there for any type of services! Attached are pictures! I will be contacting corporate!

  The quality of the tires meet my expectations. On the other hand, when it comes to warranties they do all they can to NOT honor them & take advantage of their customers. I was told by their employees to make an appointment, at the arrival of the appointment, Belle Tire says Tire warranties are first come first served. Waste of time. A few days later, I go in as they open, they tell me 2 - 3 hours wait. More waste of time. It seems like a lottery to win their time to service something you've already paid for. The purchase of a warranty is more like a game played on customers. Belle Tire suggested me to make an appointment only to deny me service and sent me back on the roads, with dangerous tires . VERY UNSATISFIED ! UNLIKELY TO RECOMMEND ! UNREASONABLE PRACTICES ! Customer safety is NOT their concern.
