  Nothing wrong here, everyone is nice but question for the manager: if you book a car in advance, confirmed over the phone 2 days prior on call they had placed to confirm , checked in via the link they sent day before , why do they wait for you to physically show up to start cleaning the car? Thats like half an hour waiting there for no reason. BBasically, I could just drive elsewhere and pick up there;

  Enterprise on Mack in Grosse Pointe has a young lady working there that is a real team player. When I arrived, she was the only employee working in the reception area, when it was time to get my vehicle she went into the garage and started helping the guy vacuum the van. I’m self employed myself, having a team player like her lets you know there are still employees that will not only go the extra mile, but they will stay on the extra mile to satisfy their customers. Great job young lady!

  Van rented reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke. Drove van 30+ hours and the stench was horrible. The employee gave $20 credit for a 7 day rental. The employees are nice but the vehicle they stand behind was disgusting.

  DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! If I could give this place a zero, I would First, I'm told that I have to wait 30 minutes after my rental start time because they are 'cleaning the car'...already a hassle considering im going on a road trip Shortly after finally getting the car, while getting packed up, I find a kitchen knife tucked away in the passenger seat...like what the hell were they doing for 30 minutes? I called Enterprise CS again and again and I was never put in touch with the manager of the Grosse Pointe location. I was never offered compensation or an apology for this Absolutely terrible

  My experience at Enterprise Rental was outstanding. My rental al was ready at arrival, fueled and cleaned. All paperwork and vehicle inspection timely completed. Additionally they provided a courtesy ride to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle all within 30 minutes. My sincere thanks to the staff for providing the best customer service possible.
