  Very smooth and fast check in and drop off. Both young men I worked with (Jacob and Jaden) were knowledgeable and professional and had positive attitudes/approaches. I appreciated the ability to do the advance check-in online and upload documents; it allows for a pretty quick process to pick up the car and get on the road.

  We planned our first ever birthday party family trip for my 14 year olds birthday. We registered 2 weeks in advance, called to verify the day before. When we got there to pick up the car they basically said we don't have anything, sorry about your luck. They just took my money and slammed the door in our faces.

  Not the best. Had a friend who requested a van online. Got there and the online system was wrong so they offered him a car.

  Absolute JOKE! Had a reservation for weeks! They inform me this morning that they no longer have a car available for us. Their words were "we found out Monday & have been trying all week to find one for you". Yet we were JUST notified this morning regarding this issue. Supposedly did everything they could yet weren't able to "find" us a care. We call to get a final confirmation and are abruptly hung up on by Travis. Horrible attitude with every communication we had with him.

  The Greenville location did not have my rental car as guaranteed the week prior. The associate was very rude and we ended up confronting each other due to the fact I traveled 40 miles to get the vehicle. As I was leaving he told me not to come back since he no longer would rent me a vehicle. I will never use enterprise again no matter how far I need to travel.
