Fast and easy to reserve a vehicle but it will never be the vehicle you reserve and thats if you even get a vehicle I have shown up to be told there are no vehicles available and they have to cancel my reservation that there's nothing they can do. I have reserved a vehicle 2 months out to be told the day of they dont carry those vehicles at all and they aren't sure why they have them even posted as an option, the staff has been friendly and helpful but only offering like $15-$20 off for having the wrong vehicle.

Called personally to verify that I was still planning on picking up the rental ( That's right folks, a real person called me. ) and was given a business card with phone numbers if I had any questions or problems on the road. - RVRueben VangleasonAug 19, 20261.0Back when we rented from them it was a hassle. A ton of paperwork details, insurance a bunch of crap. Then they sold our information and we got spam calls for all kinds of products and stuff. , after doing business with them and repeated harassment by them to rent again, had to finally threaten them to make it stop. Not recommended. I'll never do them again.

I visited the office multiple times on multiple days during business hours, and no one was there. They have a sign on the door saying they are visiting local vendors. They also do not answer the phone or text messages during business hours; there is no option to leave a voicemail. I will only use Enterprise again as a last resort.
